It is a festival of colors
It is in march
People don¬’t eat or drink anything. People wear old clothes, because they usually get
dirty
The first full moon night of March and the next day is celebrated
Bonfire During Holi's first night, a bonfire symbolizes Holika's death. Days before,
firewood is collected to form the fire. This rite is called Holika Dahan.
DHULANDI
It takes place on the second day of Holi and in that rite the cities are filled with color
that are thrown from side to side. Laughter and joy take over those who participate,
and it is common to hear the phrase "Nothing happens. It's Holi!"
Holi is considered one of the most revered and celebrated festivals in India and is
celebrated in almost all parts of the country. Sometimes it is also called the "festival
of love", since on this day people come together forgetting all resentments and all kinds
of bad feelings between them.
I like this festival because I want to learn from new cultures and they look very fun
Festival holi
divertidas.
