La gastronomía de México tiene una gran diversidad de platos típicos, por ello fue
reconocida, por la UNESCO, como Patrimonio Inmaterial de la Humanidad.
En la cocina mexicana se usa como salsa picante para acompañar todo tipo de
tacos, tortas molotes y otros guisos, la mayoría con base en las carnes rojas. Esta
deliciosa salsa como muchas otras preparaciones de la comida mexicana, ha
enriquecido la comida del mundo, aportándole sabor e identidad.

Mexican cuisine is also characterized by its sauces, which serve as an
accompaniment to traditional dishes, prepared based on species.
The taco is the representative dish of Mexico that takes as its base the tortilla, usually
corn. Inside you can pour various fillings such as dressings, sauces, meats, etc. The
preparation will depend a lot on the region you are in. The representative drink is the
tequila is a liquor that is made of agave, it is made from fermentation and distillation.
Guacamole is a basic dish of Mexican cuisine. It is one of the most requested
appetizers. Guacamole or guacamole is a sauce made from avocado and green
chile. It is based on an avocado and water sauce, to which other ingredients such
as onion and cilantro were added later. The original recipe of guacamole is prepared
with crushed avocados, lemon juice, tomato and chili. Then onion, coriander and
garlic were added.

sauce, like many other preparations of Mexican food, has enriched the food of the
world, giving it flavor and identity.
