Velocidad de desplazamiento: prueba y ajuste

Introducción
Realice el siguiente procedimiento para limitar la velocidad de desplazamiento de la máquina.

Preparación de la máquina
1. Elimine a todo el personal de la máquina y del área alrededor de la máquina.

2. Encender el motor.

3. Ponga el dial de velocidad del motor en "10".

4. Baje la consola izquierda.

5. Coloque la máquina en una superficie nivelada. Verifique la visibilidad y ajuste los espejos para obtener la
mejor visión cerca de la máquina.

6. Presione completamente el pedal del freno de servicio hasta que el pedal del freno de servicio se bloquee
mecánicamente.

7. Aumente la temperatura del aceite hidráulico a 46 a 80 ° C (115 a 176 ° F).

8. Baje los estabilizadores, la punta de la cuchilla y / o el implemento para elevar el eje delantero y el eje
trasero. Esto permitirá que las ruedas giren libremente.

Nota: Todos los neumáticos deben estar completamente despegados del suelo.

9. Extienda completamente el cilindro del cubo y coloque el cubo en el suelo.

10. Pare el motor

11. Release the pressure in the hydraulic system.

Note: Refer to Testing and Adjusting, "System Pressure - Release".

12. Raise the left console.

13. Connect tooling (E1) Cat ET and communication adapter (E2) to the service connector.

14. Start the engine.

15. Set the engine speed dial at "10".

16. Push down on the power mode control button in order to activate power mode.

Note: The indicator light will be illuminated when power mode is activated.

17. Use the Monitor in the cab in order to disable the Automatic Engine Speed Control.

a. Select the "Performance" menu from the main menu on the monitor.

b. Select "AESC Status" from the "Performance" menu and change the value to "Inactive".

c. Press the "OK" key.

18. Disable the hydraulic modulation control, if equipped. Press the front switch on the right joystick in order to
deactivate hydraulic modulation.

19. The air conditioning should be turned off for the following test.

Test and Adjust Procedure

Personal injury or death can result from sudden machine movement.

Sudden movement of the machine can cause injury to persons on or

near the machine.

To prevent injury or death, make sure that the area around the machine
is clear of personnel and obstructions before operating the machine.

1. Start Electronic Technician.

2. Select the "Machine ECM" from the list of available controls.

3. Go to the "Configuration" menu.

4. Select the desired "Machine Speed Limit".

5. Enter the value that corresponds with the limit that is to be set. Refer to Table 2 for the proper values.
