Chamy the Chameleon

Chamy is a Chameleon. He is a kind of Reptile, about as tall as a Mouse, but there are
others bigger of this class.-

They are called “The Kings of Camouflage”, because can change the color of their skin to
keep hidden in the Jungle when the Predators are near.-
Chamy live in the Jungle of Amazonas. Usually, he stay hidden between the plants, or in
the trees, changing his color and waiting insects for hunt them with his long tongue. The
main food for the Chameleons are Insects.-

Like other Reptiles, Chameleons are born from eggs. But they eat eggs too. Then, they
must be very careful with their own eggs.-

The Jungle and the Forests are dying. Then, the natural habitat of Chamy is in danger.
Probably, in the near future, we only will can see Chameleons in the Zoo.-
 Chamy el Camaleón

Chamy es un Camaleón. Él es una especie de Reptil, casi tan alto como un

ratón, pero hay otros más grandes de esta clase.-

Se les llama "Los Reyes del Camuflaje", porque pueden cambiar el color de su
piel para mantenerse escondidos en la Selva cuando los Predadores están
cerca.-

Chamy vive en la Selva de Amazonas. Por lo general, permanece escondido

entre las plantas, o en los árboles, cambiando su color y esperando insectos
para cazarlos con su larga lengua. El alimento principal para los Camaleones
son los Insectos.-

Como otros Reptiles, los Camaleones nacen de los huevos. Pero también
comen huevos. Entonces, deben ser muy cuidadosos con sus propios huevos.-

La Selva y los Bosques están muriendo. Entonces, el hábitat natural de Chamy

está en peligro. Probablemente, en un futuro próximo, sólo podremos ver
Camaleones en el Zoológico.-
