Abstract- For millennia, human
beings have sought ways to unite metal
for practical and aesthetic purposes.
Some of the most important events in
the history of welding took place in the
19th century. Sir Humphrey Davy was
the first to produce an arc between his
electrodes using a battery.
But in the last decades of the
nineteenth century, it included the use
of an electrode in metal instead of
carbon. The impact on the society of
the follow-up of the welding machine
was important and impressive to
everyone because it allows the union of
different metals in a simple and quick
way, whether for practical or aesthetic
purposes, it is a tool used in all the
world itself efficiency and practicality.
