Instrucciones Escala de Ansiedad de Hamilton
Existe una versin espaola, realizada por Carrobles y cols 3 en 1986, que es la
que presentamos. As mismo, est disponible una para aplicacin informtica y otra
para utilizacin mediante sistema de video4.
INTERPRETACIN
PROPIEDADES PSICOMTRICAS
Fiailidad:
Muestra una buena consistencia interna7 (alfa de Cronbach de 0,79 a 0,86).
Con un adecuado entrenamiento en su utilizacin la concordancia entre distintos
evaluadores es adecuada (r = 0,74 - 0,96). Posee excelentes valores test-retest tras
un da y tras una semana (r = 0,96) y aceptable estabilidad despus de un ao (r =
0,64).
Validez:
La puntuacin total presenta una elevada validez concurrente con otras escalas
que valoran ansiedad, como The Global Rating of Anxiety by Covi 18, 19 (r = 0,63 0,75)
y con el Inventario de Ansiedad de Beck20 (r = 0,56).
Distingue adecuadamente entre pacientes con ansiedad y controles sanos11
(puntuaciones medias respectivas de 18,9 y 2,4). Posee un alto grado de correlacin
con la Escala de Depresin de Hamilton21, 22 (r = 0,62 0,73).
Es sensible al cambio tras el tratamiento7.
