La aerolnea FOX AIRLINES actual mente tiene una
fuga de ingresos. La cual es causada por la falta de
capacitacin del personal y la falta de
herramientas. Esta problemtica se soluciona con el
programa de capacitacin fox.
La fuga excesiva de ingresos es causada por verse
forzados a tener que contratar empresas de
mantenimiento aeronutico externas. Las cuales
estn certificadas y con las herramientas especiales
para realizar el trabajo. Ya que nuestros tcnicos no
tienen la certificacin necesaria.
Al certificar al personal con el PROGRAMA DE
CAPACITACION FOX se certificara realizando un
mejor trabajo. Con la FAA y DGAC. Ya que al no
tener la certificacin al personal y las herramientas
se vern forzados al cierre total de la compaa.
El PROGRAMA DE CAPACITACION FOX es un
proceso continuo de enseanza y aprendizaje. Los
tcnicos se enfocaran en reas de mantenimiento
general, almacn, herramientas y talleres de
pintura. Estos cursos tericos y prcticos y se
enfocaran en estructuras y materiales.
En los cursos tericos se llevara las siguientes:
estructura de materiales, esfuerzos (compresin y
tencin) y uso de herramientas exclusivas. Los
cursos prcticos ensearan a los tcnicos el uso
correcto de las piezas y herramientas en las
instalaciones del taller areo. Los cursos tericos
sern en las instalaciones de la UANL con
transporte incluido.
Si hay un concepto importante de la aviacin
despus de la seguridad es el mantenimiento. Ya
que al no realizar el mantenimiento correcto de las
aeronaves en los talleres significa una importante
salida de dinero para la compaa. Una prdida de
oportunidad para el fortalecimiento de la industria
aeronutica.
