Subprocesos en la planeacin del aprovisionamiento:

La planeacin del aprovisionamiento, conduce a la utilizacin ms eficiente de los
recursos disponibles en el proceso de produccin, de manera que se puedan lograr los
objetivos mximos que estn al alcance. Una vez definidos los objetivos de la gestin de
inventarios y descritas las tcnicas de previsin de demanda y determinados costos de
stock, se procede a la elaboracin de un plan de trabajo que consiste en la previsin,
comprobacin y regulacin del tiempo invertido en las distintas operaciones que
comprende la fabricacin de un producto.

Sub processes in procurement planning:

Procurement planning leads to the most efficient use of the resources available in the
production process, so that the maximum objectives that are within reach can be
achieved. Once the objectives of inventory management have been defined and the
techniques for forecasting demand and certain stock costs have been defined, a work
plan is elaborated, consisting in the forecasting, checking and regulation of the time
invested in the different operations which comprises the manufacture of a product.

Subproceso de aprovisionamiento:
Es el conjunto de operaciones orientadas a la adquisicin de los materiales necesarios
para la actividad de la empresa, as como su almacenaje, a la espera de que arranque el
proceso de produccin o comercializacin. As, el objetivo del proceso del
aprovisionamiento es suministrar al departamento de produccin los bienes adecuados y
al departamento de ventas los productos finales que comercializar.

Provisioning thread:
It is the set of operations oriented to the acquisition of the necessary materials for the
activity of the company, as well as its storage, waiting for the production or marketing
process to start. Thus, the purpose of the procurement process is to supply the
production department with the right goods and the sales department with the final
products it will market.

Subproceso Anlisis, medicin y mejora del aprovisionamiento:

La medicin, anlisis y mejora es un aspecto comn en cualquier sistema normalizado
de gestin, ya que aporta el fundamento y el planteamiento sistemtico que soporta la
mejora continua en su rea correspondiente de gestin, como la de la logstica en
nuestro caso. Para desarrollar estos procesos de mejora, es necesario medir y analizar
previamente el rendimiento del sistema de gestin logstica en general y del desempeo
de sus procesos, en particular. Para ello, se aportan los siguientes elementos:

Generalidades: La funcin logstica debe planificar e implementar el seguimiento,

anlisis y mejora necesarios para asegurarse de la conformidad del sistema de gestin
logstica, as como mejorar continuamente su eficacia y eficiencia.

Auditora y seguimiento: La funcin logstica debe planificar y realizar auditoras al

sistema de gestin logstica para asegurarse de su continua y eficaz implementacin y
cumplimiento de los requisitos especificados. Los resultados de la auditora deben
comunicarse a las partes involucradas dentro de la direccin de la organizacin.

Para facilitar el seguimiento de los procesos del sistema de gestin logstica,

especialmente en el apartado de procesos logsticos operativos, se proponen una serie de
indicadores que puedan servir de orientacin a las organizaciones a la hora de realizar la
medicin y el seguimiento de sus procesos logsticos.

Sub process Analysis, measurement and improvement of provisioning:

The measurement, analysis and improvement is a common aspect in any standardized
management system, since it provides the foundation and systematic approach that
supports continuous improvement in its corresponding management area, such as
logistics in our case. In order to develop these improvement processes, it is necessary to
measure and analyze in advance the performance of the logistics management system in
general and the performance of its processes, in particular. For this, the following
elements are provided:

General: The logistics function should plan and implement the necessary monitoring,
analysis and improvement to ensure the compliance of the logistics management
system, as well as continuously improve its efficiency and effectiveness.

Audit and follow-up: The logistics function should plan and perform audits of the
logistics management system to ensure its continuous and efficient implementation and
compliance with specified requirements. The results of the audit should be
communicated to the parties involved within the management of the organization.
In order to facilitate the monitoring of the processes of the logistics management
system, especially in the area of operational logistical processes, a series of indicators
are proposed that can guide the organizations in the measurement and monitoring of
their logistics processes.

Subproceso planeacin de la produccin:

La misin del proceso de planificacin de la produccin es garantizar que la produccin
se planifica considerando los requisitos logsticos aplicables, como pueden ser los
plazos y condiciones de entrega establecidos, la capacidad de los procesos, tanto
comprometida como disponible, asegurando que se genera la informacin necesaria
para que la produccin se realice en condiciones controladas, entre otros aspectos.

Subproceso de la produccin:
Proceso de creacin o transformacin de bienes o servicios, mediante la aplicacin de
algn tipo de tecnologa y con utilizacin de recurso humano, entre otros.

Hacer una produccin implica la integracin de varios elementos que al aplicarles

tecnologa y mano de obra se convierten en bienes o servicios.

some type of technology and using human resources, among others.

 COMERCIALIZACION

Subproceso en la distribucin:
Las redes de transporte de mercancas surgen por la necesidad de conectar y transportar
los bienes de consumo desde su punto de produccin (localizacin empresa) hasta el
mercado (clientes). En la fase de distribucin, la mercanca puede ser transportada con
una gran variedad de modos de transporte (por ferrocarril, transporte areo, martimo,
fluvial o por carretera) y puede realizar varias paradas en almacenes o nodos de cambio
modal hasta llegar a su destino final.

La configuracin de la red de transporte condiciona los costes de distribucin de la

mercanca as como la planificacin y organizacin temporal de la cadena de suministro
de los productos al mercado. Un hecho que ha caracterizado el sistema de transporte de
mercancas ha sido el nacimiento de empresas dedicadas exclusivamente a los servicios
de transporte, los operadores logsticos.

En las redes de distribucin tradicionales, la empresa de produccin organiza y gestiona

su propia red de transporte, de forma que realiza los envos de transporte desde un
nmero limitado de sus plantas de produccin hasta cada cliente o mercado. Sin
embargo, las ineficiencias de estas redes por las asimetras de los envos, su variacin
temporal o los altos costes de inversin necesarios para vehculos o recursos han
producido la externalizacin de la distribucin de sus productos a terceras empresas.
Estas empresas subcontratadas prestarn sus servicios de transporte y distribucin a
varias empresas de produccin, por lo que un mismo trayecto o ruta de transporte podr
ser compartido por varios clientes. El efecto directo de este modo de operacin y
servicio es la posibilidad de consolidar una mayor cantidad de carga en cada ruta de la
red, por lo que es factible utilizar vehculos de gran capacidad y con costes unitarios
menores.

Sub process in the distribution:

Freight transport networks arise from the need to connect and transport consumer goods

or road) and can make several stops in warehouses or modal change nodes until
reaching their destination final.

been the birth of companies dedicated exclusively to transportation services, logistics
operators.
In traditional distribution networks, the production company organizes and manages its

its production plants to each customer or market. However, the inefficiencies of these
networks due to shipment asymmetries, their temporary variation or the high investment
costs required for vehicles or resources have resulted in the outsourcing of the
distribution of their products to third companies. These subcontractors will provide their
transport and distribution services to several production companies, so that a same route
or transport route can be shared by several customers. The direct effect of this mode of
operation and service is the possibility of consolidating a greater amount of load in each
route of the network, so it is feasible to use large capacity vehicles with lower unit costs.
