RESUMEN
El Trabajo tuvo como objetivo, determinar la relacin entre Gestin Gerencial y Aplicacin del
Proyecto Educativo Integral Comunitario en la Escuela Tcnica Jos Sacramento Cobo Andrade el Municipio escolar
Maracaibo 2 de la parroquia Chiquinquir. Sus aportes tericos, son chiavenato (2004), Navarro (2005), Gonzlez
(2006), Alemn (2006) entre otros. Esta investigacin se situ dentro de la modalidad, es decir, descriptiva de campo
y correlacional, bajo un diseo de tipo no experimental y transaccional. La poblacin estuvo conformada por una
muestra censal de 35 docentes y directivos, y 78 entre los representantes y alumnos de esa comunidad. Para la
recoleccin de los datos se utiliz un cuestionario dirigido al personal directivo y docente, alumnos y representantes,
el cual qued estructurado con 45 tems y alternativas de respuestas, segn la escala de Likert. La confiabilidad
obtuvo un valor 0,8963 para medir la variables Gestin Gerencial y un valor de 0,7803 para la variable aplicacin del
proyecto educativo integral comunitario, a travs del coeficiente Alpha Cronbach. Al establecer la correlacin entre las
variables segn el coeficiente de Spearman, se obtuvo como resultado 0,365, que estadsticamente significativo,
revel una relacin baja, entre las variables objeto de estudio, por lo cual, existe la necesidad de crear conciencia de
aplicar el Proyecto Educativo Integral Comunitario, que permita mejorar la calidad Educativa de la Institucin.

MANAGEMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF COMPREHENSIVE COMMUNITY EDUCATION PROJECT
MANAGEMENT TECHNICAL SCHOOL IN SACRAMENTO JOSE COBO ANDRADE.
ABSTRAC.
The work aimed to determine the relationship between Management and Application Management
Comprehensive Community Education Project at the School Andrade Jos Cobo Sacramento County school
Maracaibo 2 Chiquinquir parish. His theoretical contributions are Chiavenato (2004), Navarro (2005), Gonzlez
(2006), German (2006) among others. This research was within the mode, ie, descriptive and correlational field under
a non-experimental design and transactional. The population consisted of a census sample of 35 teachers and
administrators, and 78 between representatives of the community and students. A questionnaire for principals and
teachers, students and representatives, which was structured with 45 items and alternative answers according to
Likert scale was used for data collection. The reliability obtained a value 0.8963 to measure variables Managerial
Management and a value of 0.7803 for the application variable integral community education project through the
Cronbach Alpha coefficient. By establishing the correlation between variables by the Spearman correlation coefficient
was obtained as a result 0.365, statistically significant, showed a low relationship between the variables under study,
so there is a need to raise awareness of applying the Educational Project Integral Community, that will improve the
educational quality of the institution.

NECESIDAD DE UN PROGRAMA DE ADIESTRAMIENTO BASADO EN INTELIGENCIA EMOCIONAL DIRIGIDO A FORTALECER LA
CAPACIDAD GERENCIAL EDUCATIVA PARA DIRECTIVOS, PROFESORES E INSTRUCTORES DE LA DIVISIN DE EDUCACIN DEL
INSTITUTO AUTNOMO DE LA POLICA DEL ESTADO ANZOTEGUI.

RESUMEN
La presente investigacin tiene como propsito detectar la necesidad de un programa de adiestramiento
basado en inteligencia emocional dirigido a fortalecer la capacidad gerencial educativa para directivos, profesores e instructores
de la Divisin de Educacin de la Polica del Estado Anzotegui. Actualmente en la Divisin de Educacin existen reas con
deficiencias que genera la baja participacin del personal en cuanto al logro de los objetivos organizacionales, situaciones que
tiene sus repercusiones en la calidad educativa y el desarrollo de las destrezas y competencias gerenciales en el manejo de las
relaciones interpersonales. La metodologa fue descriptiva, de campo, prospectiva y aplicada, calificando el diseo como no
experimental, para la recoleccin de la informacin se utiliz la tcnica de la encuesta y el instrumento fue un cuestionario de
veinte (20) preguntas en una poblacin total de veintitrs (23) empleados de la Divisin de Educacin, constituido cuatro (4)
directivos, diez (10) profesores y ocho (8) instructores. Adems se utiliz la observacin y la revisin documental para obtener la
informacin necesaria para la elaboracin de este trabajo. Los resultados obtenidos se tabularon presentndose cuadros y
grficos con frecuencia absoluta con sus respectivos porcentajes, los resultados indicarn que existe poca participacin en los
cursos de mejoramiento profesional, desmejorando la capacidad y desempeo gerencial, as como tambin las habilidades para
manejar las relaciones interpersonales entre las personas que conforman su equipo de trabajo. Bajo nivel de inteligencia
emocional con poca capacidad de reconocer los sentimientos propios y ajenos, de poder auto motivarse para mejorar las
emociones internas y las relaciones con los dems. El anlisis de los resultados permitir elaborar un programa de
adiestramiento basado en inteligencia emocional.

NEED FOR A PROGRAM BASED ON EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE TRAINING AIMED AT STRENGTHENING CAPACITY MANAGEMENT
EDUCATION, TEACHERS AND INSTRUCTORS OF THE DIVISION OF EDUCATION OF INDEPENDENT INSTITUTE OF STATE POLICE
ANZOTEGUI.
This research aims to detect the need for a training program based on emotional intelligence aimed at
strengthening the educational capacity management for managers, teachers and trainers of the Education Division of the Police
of Anzotegui. Currently in the Division of Education there are areas with deficiencies that generates the low participation of
staff in the achievement of organizational objectives, situation that has an impact on the quality of education and development
of skills and managerial skills in managing relationships interpersonal. The methodology was descriptive, field, and applied
prospectively, qualifying as experimental design for the collection of information technique and the survey instrument was a
questionnaire of twenty (20) questions in a total population of twenty was used (23) employees of the Division of Education,
made four (4) directors, ten (10) teachers and eight (8) instructors. Further observation and document review was used to
obtain the information necessary for the preparation of this work. The results were tabulated presenting tables and graphs wi th
absolute frequency with their respective percentages, the results indicate that there is little participation in professional
development courses, degrading capacity and performance management, as well as the skills to manage interpersonal
relationships between people in their team. Low emotional intelligence with little ability to recognize their own and others
feelings, to self motivate to improve internal emotions and relationships with others. The analysis of the results will develop a
training program based on emotional intelligence.
