INSTALLATION TILE LAYING : TIPS AND ADVICEDES

Un producto innovador, como el Porcelnico Integral ALCALAGRES exige que se empleen los sistemas y materiales ms adecuados en su colocacin. Su correcta manipulacin por profesionales realzar la belleza del acabado nal y asegurar su durabilidad, especialmente cuando se utilice en lugares de uso colectivo. La colocacin de este material deber realizarse con adhesivos cementosos (C2) adhesivos en dispersin (D2) o adhesivos de reaccin (R2) todos ellos especcos para gres porcelnico, especialmente en pavimentos de exteriores, grandes supercies y en todos los revestimientos. Al usar este tipo de adhesivos siempre se debern seguir las indicaciones del fabricante para su preparacin y comprobar que, efectivamente, est recomendado para gres porcelnico. En el mercado actual existen gran variedad de marcas entre las que elegir. La utilizacin de morteros tradicionales NO aporta una adherencia suciente. En primer lugar el profesional de la colocacin deber vericar que el material suministrado se ajusta a lo especicado en el pedido, ALCALAGRES, S.A., especica siempre en sus cajas modelo, tono y calibre, por lo que no acepta reclamaciones sobre materiales ya colocados por motivos de confusin . Existen modelos del catlogo de ALCALAGRES con una destonicacin intencionada en su diseo y produccin haciendo cada pieza diferente tal y como se encuentran las piedras naturales en la naturaleza. Si se realizan diseos atrevidos y personalizados se deber realizar una planicacin previa en el suelo sin adhesivo para observar el resultado nal. Hay que prestar especial atencin al sentido de vetas y motivos de decoracin de la supercie de los modelos y establecer de ante mano el criterio a seguir. Una vez preparada, seca y limpia la capa de nivelacin, colocar el Porcelnico Integral ALCALAGRES con un buen adhesivo de mortero cola, especco para porcelnico. Emplear una llana dentada de 6 mm para piezas 30x30 o medidas inferiores, a partir de esta medida emplear una llana dentada de 9 a 10 mm y si es preciso aplicar doble encolado (en el soporte y en el reverso de la pieza) con lo que se consigue reforzar la adhesin con el soporte. Es de suma importancia colocar las piezas debidamente niveladas evitando cejas y lograr de esta manera una supercie totalmente plana. Se recomienda emplear mazas de goma blanca para igualar las piezas, las mazas oscuras dejan marcas que obligan posteriormente a limpiezas especiales. Cuando se trabaje con formatos rectangulares se recomienda no colocarlos de forma trabada a mitad de pieza y hacerlo a 1/4 o a 1/5 de la pieza. Es muy importante que se respeten los tiempos de secado que especique el fabricante del mortero cola y no se tran262
site por el pavimento antes de este plazo. Aunque el porcelnico integral de ALCALAGRES, S.A. es resistente al ataque, qumico y a la abrasin, se aconseja protegerlo, una vez nalizado el montaje del pavimento de cara a la ejecucin del resto de ocios. El material de rejunte debe ser adecuado para porcelnico, apropiado para cada tipo de colocacin, uso del suelo o condiciones climticas del entorno. Deber ser aplicado con llana de goma dura para asegurar su penetracin siguiendo siempre las instrucciones del fabricante (recomendaciones de uso). Una vez aplicado el relleno de las juntas, retirar el sobrante con una esponja y agua limpia antes que endurezca, con cuidado de no daar la junta y siguiendo estrictamente las instrucciones del fabricante. Si queda algn resto de mortero de agarre o junta de cualquier clase, se deber eliminar, siempre, bajo las indicaciones del fabricante y con los elementos que este determine. No emplear cemento blanco comn ni material de juntas que contengan negro de humo. MANIPULADO DEL PORCELNICO Corte. El Porcelnico Integral ALCALAGRES se caracteriza por su gran dureza lo que no impide que se pueda cortar cuando se realiza su instalacin, con el n de adaptarlo a la geometra del espacio donde vamos a colocarlo. - Los ingletes y cortes centrales para apliques de la luz o acometidas de tuberas deber de hacerse con disco de diamante, refrigerado por agua - Los cortes rectos se realizan con facilidad con las mquinas ms comunes que ya existen en el mercado adaptadas al uso para gres porcelnico. - Para cortes circulares de diferentes dimetros como entradas de tuberas, botes sifnicos, cierres de seguridad, etc, algunos fabricantes han desarrollado elementos de corte especcos que facilitan dichos corte y permiten un acabado satisfactorio. Perforacin. Para realizar perforaciones una vez colocado el porcelnico, no es necesario un taladro especial, basta con que cumpla con los siguientes requisitos: - Potencia a 600W, selector de modo no percutor (rotacin), selector de velocidades, porta brocas con apertura 10mm, empuadura adicional y tope de profundidad. - Se recomienda usar brocas especcas para porcelnico de carburo de tungsteno o de diamante, las cuales poseen diferentes formas de punta en funcin del uso que se requiera. Expert tiling will enhance the beauty and guarantee a long lasting durability of a tiled surface, especially when the product is laid in a public area. As a general rule, cement-based tile adhesives (C2), dispersion adhesives (D2), or reaction resins (R2) are used to secure porcelain tiles, especially in big areas, outdoor surfaces and coverings in general. Follow the adhesive manufacturers instructions and check that the product is recommended as a bonding agent to be used with porcelain gres tiles. There are a good number of products to choose from on the market. Traditional mortars are not recommended bonding agents. Firstly, oor layers have to check that the materials they are about to work with are the ones indicated in the order. ALCALAGRES boxes indicate model, colour and calibre, and thus no claims will be accepted on laid oors. The ALCALAGRES range includes models whose individual tiles are manufactured in a way mirroring the variations of individual natural stone slabs or tiles. Creative, bespoke pattern designs need a preliminary laying plan. Just dry-lay the tiles on the oor to see what they will look like when your job is done. For your oor laying design, consider the tiles veining and motifs. The subsurface must be at, dry and clean before xing the ALCALAGRES porcelain tiles with a good cement-based adhesive for specic use with porcelain tiles. Use a 6mm notched trowel with 30 x 30cm or smaller tiles, and a 9 to 10mm notched trowel with larger tiles or when a double-coat adhesive is applied to both the subsurface and the back of the tile to improve bonding. Make sure the tiles are at and even. Use a white rubber mallet to level them out, since a dark coloured one will leave stains that are difcult to remove and require special cleaning methods. If you want to arrange rectangular tiles with a brickwork pattern, dont place tiles near to the middle of the adjacent one but 1/4 or 1/5 from the edge. Warning: Remember that tiles can be walked upon only when the adhesive has sealed. Check the adhesive manufacturers instructions. Although ALCALAGRES porcelain tiles have good abrasion and chemical corrosion resistance, protecting the oor from damage by other improvement or construction work is highly recommended. Sa bonne manipulation de la part des professionnels rehaussera la beaut de la nition nale et assurera sa durabilit, surtout dans les endroits trs frquents. La pose de ce matriel devra tre faite au moyen dadhsifs-ciment (C2), dadhsifs en dispersion (D2) ou dadhsifs raction (R2), tous spciques au grs porcelain et pour tous les revtements en gnral, mais surtout pour les revtements extrieurs et les grandes surfaces. Dans lutilisation de ce type dadhsifs, il conviendra de suivre tout moment les indications du fabricant pour leur prparation et de bien vrier quils sont effectivement recommands pour le grs porcelain. Il existe sur le march actuel une grande varit de marques parmi lesquelles vous pourrez choisir la meilleure. Lutilisation de mortiers traditionnels NAPPORTE PAS une adhrence sufsance. En premier lieu, le professionnel de la pose devra vrier que le matriau livr est conforme aux spcications de la commande; ALCALAGRES, S.A. prcise toujours sur ses emballages le modle, la teinte et le calibre du produit et nacceptera donc aucune rclamation concernant des matriaux dj poss cause dventuelles confusions. Si vous travaillez avec des formats rectangulaires, nous vous recommandons de ne pas les poser en dcal en coupant la moiti du carreau, mais 1/4 ou 1/5. Il est trs important de respecter les temps de schage indiqus par le fabricant de mortier-colle et de ne pas circuler sur le revtement avant la n du dlai spci. Bien que le grs porcelain intgral dALCALAGRES, S.A. soit rsistant aux attaques chimiques et labrasion, nous vous conseillons, une fois la pose termine, de le protger en vue des travaux ultrieurs raliser par le reste des corps de mtier. Ne pas utiliser de ciment blanc ordinaire ni de matriau de jointoiement contenant du noir de fume . MANIPULATION DU MATRIAU Dcoupe. Bien que le grs porcelain intgral ALCALAGRES se caractrise par sa grande duret, il peut nanmoins tre dcoup pour effectuer la pose, an de ladapter la gomtrie de lespace. - Les coupes onglets et centrales pour appliques dclairage ou raccordements de tuyaux devront tre ralises avec des disquesdiamant rfrigrs leau. - Les coupes droites seront facilement ralises avec les machines ordinaires existant sur le march et dj adaptes la dcoupe du grs porcelain. - Pour les coupes circulaires de diffrents diamtres telles quentres de tuyaux, siphons, fermetures de scurit, etc., certains fabricants ont dvelopp des outils de coupe spciques qui facilitent la dcoupe et permettent dobtenir une nition satisfaisante. Perage. Pour percer le grs porcelain une fois pos, il nest pas ncessaire dutiliser une perceuse spciale ; il suft quelle respecte un minimum de conditions : - Puissance 600W, slecteur de mode sans percuteur (rotation), slecteur de vitesses, porte-forets avec ouverture 10mm, poigne supplmentaire et bute de profondeur. - On recommande lutilisation de forets spciaux pour grs porcelain en carbure de tungstne ou diamant, dont les diffrentes formes de pointe sadaptent au type dutilisation requise. Zunchst hat der Fliesenleger zu prfen, ob das gelieferte Material mit den Angaben in der Bestellung bereinstimmt; auf den Verpackungskartons von ALCALAGRES, S.A. ist immer das Modell, Farbton und Kaliber angegeben, daher werden Reklamationen wegen Verwechslung bei bereits verlegten Materialien nicht akzeptiert. ALCALAGRES offeriert in seinem Katalog auch Modelle mit einer beabsichtigten Farbabstufung beim Design und bei der Prouktion, so dass jede Fliese unterschiedlich ist, so wie man auch Natursteine in der Natur vorndet. Bei gewagten und personalisierten Entwrfen muss zunchst eine Probeverlegung auf dem Untergrund ohne Kleber durchgefhrt werden, um das Endergebnis zu prfen. Besonderes Augenmerk ist auf die Musterausrichtung und Abstimmung der Fliesenoberche zu legen, und es mssen von vornherein die zu befolgenden Kriterien festgelegt werden. Nachdem die Nivellierschicht aufgebracht, trocken und sauber ist, wird das Feinsteinzeug von ALCALAGRES mit einem guten Klebemrtel speziell fr Feinsteinzeug verlegt. Verwenden Sie eine 6 mm-Zahnspachtel fr Fliesen bis zu einer Gre von 30 x 30, und bei greren Abmessungen eine Zahnspachtel mit 9 bis 10 mm Zahnung. Wenn ntig tragen Sie den Kleber doppelt auf (auf dem Untergrund und auf der Rckseite der Fliesen), damit wird die Haftung auf dem Untergrund erhht. Achten Sie besonders darauf, die Fliesen sorgfltig zu nivellieren, um Kantenberstnde zu vermeiden und so eine vollkommen ebene Oberche zu erhalten. Es empehlt sich einen weien Gummihammer zum Nivellieren der Fliesen zu verwenden, denn dunkle Hmmer hinterlassen Spuren, die danach mit Spezialreinigern entfernt werden mssen. Wenn rechteckige Formate verlegt werden, empehlt es sich diese nicht um die Hlfte versetzt zu legen sondern um 1/4 oder 1/5 der Fliese. Es ist sehr wichtig, die vom Hersteller angegebenen Trocknungszeiten fr den Klebemrtel einzuhalten und den Bodenbelag nicht vorher zu begehen. Obwohl das integrale Feinsteinzeug von ALCALAGRES, S.A. sowohl chemisch wie auch gegen Abrieb bestndig ist, empehlt es sich den fertig verlegten Boden whrend der Durchfhrung der brigen Arbeiten entsprechend zu schtzen.Die Fugenmasse muss zum Verfugen von Feinsteinzeug geeignet sein; ebenso muss sie an die jeweilige Verlegungsart, die Verwendung des Bodens oder die klimatischen Umweltbedingungen angepasst sein. Sie sollte den Anweisungen des Herstellers folgend (Gebrauchsempfehlungen) mit einer Hartgummispachtel aufgetragen werden, um besser in die Fugen einzudringen. Nach dem Ausfugen der Fliesen, muss berschssiges Material mit einem Schwamm und sauberem Wasser entfernt werden, bevor es hart wird. Dabei ist vorsichtig vorzugehen, um die Fuge nicht zu beschdigen und immer den Anweisungen des Herstellers zu folgen. Wo immer Reste von Klebemrtel oder Fugenmasse haften bleiben, mssen diese entsprechend den Anweisungen des Herstellers und mit den von diesem angegebenen Mitteln entfernt werden. Verwenden Sie weder normalen Weizement noch Ru enthaltendes Fugenmaterial. VERARBEITUNG VON FEINSTEINZEUG Schneiden. Das Feinsteinzeug von ALCALAGRES zeichnet sich durch seine groe Hrte aus. Dennoch kann es bei der Verlegung zugeschnitten werden, um es an die jeweilige Raumgeometrie anzupassen. - Gehrungen sowie Ausschnitte in der Mitte fr die Anbringung von Beleuchtungskrpern oder Rohrleitungen mssen mit wassergekhlter Diamantscheibe durchgefhrt werden. - Die geraden Schnitte, werden ganz einfach mit den gngigen, im Handel erhltlichen Maschinen zum Schneiden von Feinsteinzeug durchgefhrt. - Fr kreisrunde Ausschnitte unterschiedlicher Durchmesser wie etwa fr den Durchgang von Rohren, Sifonen, Sicherheitsschlssern usw. haben die Hersteller spezielle Schneidelemente entwickelt, die das Durchfhren solcher Schnitte erleichtern und ein zufriedenstellendes Ergebnis ermglichen. El Porcelnico Integral ALCALAGRES pose una belleza que puede quedar enmascarada una vez se ha terminado su instalacin, las pequeas acumulaciones de cemento que se han generado al instalarlo, si no se retiran a tiempo, pueden afectar de forma seria al resultado final, por lo que, una vez acabado el proceso de rejuntado y habiendo dejado un tiempo de espera prudencial para que el material de agarre y rejuntado se haya secado adecuadamente, se debe proceder a una primera limpieza. La resistencia al ataque qumico del gres porcelnico permite la limpieza de las supercies con detergentes concentrados, quita-cementos o desincrustantes, diluidos en agua o concentrados pero comprobando siempre que ningn producto que se emplee contenga cido uorhdrico, ya que produce daos en el gres porcelnico y en cualquier otro material de origen cermico. Estos limpiadores sern aplicados de la forma y en la concentracin que detalle el fabricante en el envase, de igual manera hay que atender en todo momento las precauciones de uso que el fabricante determine. Antes de proceder a la utilizacin del producto de limpieza sobre la supercie a limpiar, es recomendable probar sus efectos en un lugar poco visible o en una baldosa de las de reserva, dejar actuar el producto y observar sus efectos transcurrido un tiempo prudencial. Uno de los productos probados y recomendados por ALCALAGRES S.A. para la primera limpieza es el limpiador KERANET de la rma MAPEI. El porcelnico integral ALCALAGRES, no requiere ningn mantenimiento especial, para su limpieza diaria se puede utilizar agua muy caliente con un detergente neutro siempre siguiendo las indicaciones del fabricante del limpiador. Para los acabados antideslizantes se aconseja diluir cido clohdrico (agua fuerte) en agua para facilitar su limpieza. Con los acabados rsticos puede ser conveniente el empleo de un cepillo de bra dura para extraer la suciedad que se acumule en su supercie rugosa. Para grandes supercies se recomienda el empleo de maquinas industriales de limpieza con agua caliente. En ningn caso emplear ceras ni jabones aceitosos o coloreados y seguir instrucciones del fabricante de las mquinas con respecto al uso de detergentes. El mantenimiento del porcelnico pulido requiere una mayor atencin, especialmente con los colores lisos y claros, ya que el proceso del pulido altera ligeramente la porosidad con respecto al porcelnico natural.

El porcelnico integral pulido ALCALAGRES, se suministra con un protector de supercie que tiene como nalidad facilitar la limpieza de los diferentes productos usados en las obras de colocacin. Para su limpieza diaria, es suciente con una mopa ligeramente hmeda y recuperar perfectamente el brillo caracterstico de la supercie pulida. En caso de derramar cualquier lquido sobre el pavimento se recomienda actuar con diligencia. En zonas como talleres, bares, cocinas industriales, etc. se puede realizar la limpieza con productos especcos que ya existen en el mercado, y que facilitan la desaparicin de marcas de goma, grasa, pintura... etc,. Es importante conocer el origen de la mancha para utilizar el disolvente adecuado. El uso de productos con componentes cidos no ataca al porcelnico integral ALCALAGRES (excepto el cido uorhdrico) pero su empleo puede afectar a la seguridad de las personas y a otros elementos decorativos o constructivos, por lo que se debern utilizar con precaucin y siempre siguiendo las indicaciones del fabricante del producto qumico. Se ha comprobado que la Sosa Custica concentrada depositada durante algn tiempo sobre el porcelnico integral altera el aspecto pulido de este material, pero no afecta a sus caractersticas tcnicas. ALCALAGRES, S.A. no se hace responsable de los daos que estos productos puedan ocasionar en otros materiales diferentes al porcelnico integral. Los complementos decorativos que contienen efectos de metal o cristal se deben tratar con cuidado tanto en su colocacin como en su mantenimiento. Estos materiales no tienen las mismas cualidades tcnicas que el porcelnico integral por lo que su comportamiento ante productos abrasivos fsicos o lquidos pueden daarlos. Tener especial cuidado al aplicar el material de rejuntado, limpiar inmediatamente con una bayeta o esponja suave muy humedecidas. Si se observan defectos en estas piezas, no colocarlas. No se aceptan reclamaciones de piezas ya colocadas. En las entradas de locales de uso pblico es aconsejable instalar felpudos industriales, especialmente si el acceso es directo desde la calle. Con esta precaucin se evitarn deslizamientos por agua planning y se conseguir una mayor durabilidad del material, no obstante debemos destacar que ALCALAGRES, S.A. fabrica actualmente, multitud de modelos en acabado antideslizante clase 3 segn la UNE-ENV 12633:2003, con los que las situaciones de peligro en las entradas de locales pblicos quedan erradicadas.

Since porcelain gres is resistant to chemical corrosion, it can be cleaned with strong detergents, concrete removers or descalers, but be sure you read the cleaning products label carefully to check that it does not contain hydrogen uoride, since it damages porcelain gres and other types of ceramic tiles. Polished porcelain requires more careful maintenance, especially light coloured tiles, as polishing increases slightly the tiles porosity as compared to unnished tiles. ALCALAGRES polished porcelain tiles have a surface protector that makes cleaning of laying materials easy. For everyday cleaning, water is a good mopping solution for the tiles, which will immediately show their characteristic brightness. Address any spills immediately to avoid permanent stains. To clean tiles installed in workshops, bars, industrial kitchens, etc. you can always buy commercial cleaners that remove rubber, grease, paint, etc. Knowing the origin of the stain helps decide which solvent you should apply to remove it. Ainsi, une fois le jointoiement termin et aprs avoir laiss un temps raisonnable pour le schage adquat du matriau de collage et de jointoiement, il convient de procder un premier nettoyage. La rsistance du grs porcelain aux attaques chimiques permet le nettoyage des surfaces avec des dtergents concentrs et des produits spciaux pour enlever le ciment ou dsincrustants, dilus dans leau ou concentrs, mais en faisant bien attention ce quaucun des produits employs ne contienne dacide fluorhydrique, trs agressif pour le grs porcelain et tout autre matriau dorigine cramique. Ces produits nettoyants seront appliqus sous la forme et suivant la concentration indiqus par le fabricant sur lemballage, en veillant tout moment respecter les prcautions dutilisation prconises. Avant de procder lutilisation du produit de nettoyage sur la surface nettoyer, il est recommand de faire un essai sur un endroit peu visible ou sur un carreau de rserve, de laisser le produit agir et dobserver ses effets pass un dlai raisonnable. Le grs porcelain intgral poli ALCALAGRES est fourni avec un protecteur de surface qui a pour but de faciliter le nettoyage des diffrents produits utiliss lors des oprations de pose. Unmittelbar nach der Verlegung kommt die Schnheit des integralen Feinsteinzeugs von ALCALAGRES oft nicht gleich zur Geltung. Kleine Zementansammlungen, die sich eventuell bei der Verlegung gebildet haben, knnen eine schlimme Wirkung auf das Endergebnis haben, wenn sie nicht rechtzeitig entfernt werden. Daher muss man nach dem Verfugen und nach einer angemessenen Wartezeit, damit das Klebematerial und die Fugenmasse gut trocknen kann, eine erste Reinigung vornehmen. Da das Feinsteinzeug chemisch sehr bestndig ist, knnen die Oberchen mit in Wasser verdnnten oder konzentrierten Reinigungskonzentraten, Zemententfernern oder Entzunderungsmitteln gereinigt werden, wobei man immer darauf achten muss, dass keines der verwendeten Produkte Fluorwasserstoffsure enthlt, da solche Produkte das Feinsteinzeug sowie jedes andere Material keramischen Ursprungs angreifen. Die Reiniger werden in der vom Hersteller auf der Packung angegeben Form und Konzentration verwendet. Auch ist immer den vom Hersteller angegebenen Vorsichtsmanahmen bei der Verwendung der Reiniger Folge zu leisten. Bevor man den Reiniger auf die zu reinigende Oberche auftrgt, empehlt es sich eine Probe an einer unaufflligen Stelle oder auf einer Reserveiese durchzufhren, das Produkt einwirken zu lassen und nach einer gewissen Zeit das Ergebnis zu berprfen. Eines der von ALCALAGRES S.A. fr die erste Reinigung erprobten und empfohlenen Produkte ist der Reiniger KERANET der Firma MAPEI. Das integrale Feinsteinzeug von ALCALAGRES bentigt keine spezielle Instandhaltung. Fr die tgliche Reinigung kann sehr heies Wasser mit einem neutralen Reinigungsmittel, wie immer entsprechend den Angaben des Herstellers des Reinigers verwendet werden. Um die Reinigung des trittsicheren Ausfertigungen, wrden wir Ihnen im Wasser ausenden Salzsure zu empfehlen. Bei rustikalen und rutschfesten Ausfhrungen ist eventuell die Verwendung einer Hartfaserbrste angebracht, um den Schmutz, der sich in der rauhen Oberche ansammelt, zu entfernen. Bei groen Oberchen empehlt sich die Verwendung von industriellen Reinigungsmaschinen mit heiem Wasser. Es drfen keinesfalls Wachse oder lhaltige oder farbige Seifen verwendet werden. Den auf den Maschinen angegebenen Anweisungen des Herstellers betreffend die Verwendung von Reinigungsmittel ist immer Folge zu leisten. Die Instandhaltung polierten Feinsteinzeugs erfordert ein greres Augenmerk, vor allem bei hellen und einheitlichen Farben, da beim Polieren die Porositt gegenber unpoliertem Feinsteinzeug leicht verndert wird. Das polierte integrale Feinsteinzeug von ALCALAGRES wird mit einer Schutzfolie geliefert, damit die bei der Verlegung durch die verwendeten Produkte verursachten Verunreinigungen leichter entfernt werden knnen. Fr die tgliche Reinigung reicht ein leicht angefeuchteter Schwamm, um den charakteristischen Glanz der polierten Oberche wieder hervorzuheben. Falls eine Flssigkeit auf den Boden geschttet wird, sollte diese rasch beseitigt werden. In Werksttten, Bars, Industriekchen usw. kann eine Reinigung mit Spezialmitteln vorgenommen werden, die bereits im Handel erhltlich sind und die Entfernung von Gummi-, Fett-, Farbspuren usw. erleichtern. Das Wissen um die Herkunft eines Flecks ist wichtig, damit man das geeignete Lsungsmittel anwenden kann. Die Verwendung von surehaltigen Produkten stellt keine Gefahr fr das integrale Feinsteinzeug von ALCALAGRES dar (ausgenommen der Fluorwasserstoffsure), aber solche Produkte knnen die Sicherheit der Personen und anderer dekorativer oder baulicher Elemente gefhrden, weshalb diese stets mit hchster Sorgfalt und immer entsprechend den Anweisungen des Herstellers des chemischen Produktes zu verwenden sind. Weiters hat man festgestellt, dass konzentrierte Natronlauge, nach einer gewissen Zeit auf dem Feinsteinzeug dessen poliertes Aussehen verndert, ohne jedoch seine technischen Merkmale zu ndern. ALCALAGRES, S.A. haftet nicht fr Schden, die diese Produkte an anderen Materialen verursachen knnen. Dekorative Elemente, die Metall- oder Glaseffekte beinhalten, mssen sorgsam behandelt werden, sowohl bei deren Verlegung, als auch bei der Instandhaltung. Diese Materialien haben nicht die gleichen technischen Merkmale wie das Feinsteinzeug und daher knnen sie durch physische oder ssige Scheuermittel angegriffen werden. Mit besonderer Sorgfalt ist bei der Verteilung der Fugenmasse vorzugehen. Reste sind sofort mit einem sehr stark angefeuchteten Schwamm oder weichen Tuch zu entfernen. Wenn Sie Materialfehler bemerken, die entsprechende Fliese nicht verlegen. Es werden keine Reklamationen fr bereits verlegte Fliesen angenommen. An den Eingngen in ffentliche Lokale empehlt sich die Anbringung industrieller Fumatten, wenn der Zugang direkt von der Strae her erfolgt. Diese Vorsichtsmanahme verhindert das Ausrutschen durch Aquaplaning und sichert eine lngere Haltbarkeit des Materials. Allerdings muss hinzugefgt werden, dass ALCALAGRES, S.A. derzeit auch zahlreiche Modelle in rutschfester Ausfhrung der Klasse 3 nach der Norm UNE-ENV 12633:2003 herstellt, womit Gefahrensituationen an den Eingngen zu ffentlichen Lokalen ausgeschaltet werden.

Dado el origen natural de las materias primas que integran el gres porcelnico, se producen pequeas variaciones cromticas y dimensionales en las baldosas durante el proceso de fabricacin, antes de su encajado, alcalagres las selecciona rigurosamente por tono y calibre segn establecen los procedimientos de ensayo de las normas UNE en 14411(ISO 13006) y ANSI A 137.1. El material que se suministra segn dichas normas no podr ser objeto de reclamacin. Alcalagres se compromete al suministro de sus materiales unicados de calibre por formato; lo que permite combinaciones del mismo formato, pero con diferentes acabados. En el material procedente de diferentes fabricaciones no es posible suministrar una tonalidad idntica, por lo que pueden existir pequeas variaciones de tonos entre el producto presentado en exposiciones y muestrarios, y el suministrado. En ciertas ocasiones dichas variaciones de tono pueden manifestarse entre las piezas especiales y el material principal, por proceder de distintas partidas de fabricacin. Los modelos de ciertas series son fabricados de forma intencionada con una ligera discontinuidad en la intensidad de sus colores y decoracin, tal y como se encuentran en la naturaleza. La diversidad de estas vetas debe ser aceptada por el cliente y no dar lugar a reclamacin. No se recomienda colocar el material a matajunta, rompejunta o trabado a la mitad de su longitud. As mismo, el material de rejunte ha de ser especco para porcelnico, no se debe emplear cemento blanco ni materiales que contengan negro humo. Las piezas con decoracin de metal o cristal deben ser tratadas con cuidado durante su colocacin y limpieza, ya que estas partes no tienen la misma resistencia y caractersticas que el resto del porcelnico. Por exigencias de produccin, alcalagres se reserva el derecho de introducir modicaciones en sus productos sin previo aviso. Los colores de las fotografas de modelos presentados en este catlogo pueden variar ligeramente respecto al material suministrado. Vor der Verpackung prfft ALCALAGRES rigoros alle Produkte auf Farbtne, Kaliber, so wie es die ISO-Norm en14411, 13006 und ANSI A 137.1 bezfglich der Prffverfahren vorschreiben. Das material, das nach diesen Kriterien geliefert wird, kann nicht Gegenstand von Beanstandungen sein. ALCALGRES verpichtet sich zur Lieferung seiner Materiales mit einheitlichem Kaliber pro Format, Kombinationen des gleichen Formats, jedoch mit verschiedenen Ausfrungen mglich sind. Dass kleinere Punkte in anderer Farbe vorhanden sind. Diese warden nach den Prffverfahren fr diese Produktarten als normal angesehen. Bei Material aus unterschiedlichen Produktionen ist es nicht mglich gleiche Tonalitten zu liefern. Dadurch knnen kleinere Unterschiede zwischen den Tonen der ausgestellten Produkte in Ausstellungen und Ausstellern und den Lieferungen entstehe. Unter gewissen Umstnden knnen solche Farbtonunterschiede auch zwischen Sonder- und Grundteilen entstehen, da diese aus unterschiedlichen Produktionseinheiten stammen. Die Modelle bestimmter Serien sind absichtlich mit einer leichten Ungleichmaigkeit ihrer Farbintensitt und Dekoration hergestellt-eben so, wie sich auch in der Natur vorkommen. Die Verschiedenartigkeit dieser Maerungen muss vom Kunden angenommen werden und stelle kleinen Beanstandungsgrund dar. Wir empfehlen rechteckige Formate nicht im Halbverband zu verlegen. Es ist ebenso zu beachten, dass Fugenmasse zum Verfugen von Feinsteinzeug geeignet sein muss. Verwenden Sie weder normalen Weizement noch Ru enthaltendes Fugenmaterial. Fliesenteile mit Metall-oder Glasdekor mssen whrend des Verlegens und der Reinigung sorgfaltig behandelt werden, da diese Teile nicht dieselbe Winderstandsfhigkeit und die Eigenschaften des brigen Feisteinzeugs haben. Aus Produktionsgrnden behalt sich ALCALAGRES das Recht vor, ohne Vorankndigungen nderungen bei den Produkten vorzunehmen. Die Farben der abgebildeten Modelle in diesem Katalogknnen sich leicht von denen des gelieferten Materials unterscheiden.
