Lead is one of the main metals used in the manufacture of batteries. However, it is also one the most polluting metals. Our battery REGENERATION saves resources for the planet, since it give the possibility to reuse batteries that have run down. It prevents pollution growth, avoiding dumping obsolete polluting materials. And it also saves money, because, by reviving old batteries, we avoid having to buy new ones. Qu hacemos para dar nueva vida a sus bateras?

Aplicamos un procedimiento basado en la tecnologa de pulsos. Un proceso que permite garantizar su equipo el doble y, a veces, el triple de su vida normal. El secreto es aplicar nuestros procesos en el corazn de sus bateras generando una serie de reacciones que renuevan el equipo casi con la misma capacidad de uso que cuando era nueva. Un proceso exclusivo, garantizado y capaz de evitar el desecho de materiales altamente contaminantes y el uso de recursos cada vez ms valiosos.

Cmo ocurre la sulfatacin?

Los acumuladores de energa, desde el mismo momento de su fabricacin, comienzan a sulfatarse, sulfatacin que se acelera con los procesos de carga y descarga. Los sulfatos, convirtindose en formaciones cristalinas, cubren las placas reduciendo la capacidad de la batera e incluso hacindola inservible. La tecnologa de esenerga disocia esas formaciones liberando el plomo y haciendo que la batera recupere gran parte de su capacidad.

How does sulphatation occur?

Energy accumulators, since the very moment of their manufacture, start to sulphatate, and the process speeds up with every load. Sulphates become glass formations, and cover battery cells, thus reducing the capacity of the battery and even making it useless. The technology of esenergia separates those glass formations from lead, and make the battery recover almost all of its previous capacity.

How do we revive you batteries?

Our procedure is based on pulse technology. This process warrants your equipment will double and sometimes even tripe its useful life. The secret is applying the process to the core of the battery, thus generating a series of reactions that renew the equipment, making it recover almost the same capacity it had when it was new. It is an exclusive and warranted process, and it avoids throwing away highly polluting materials and using very valuable and limited resources.

El cido Sulfrico reacciona con el Plomo. Sulphuric acid reacts to lead. Las formaciones de Sulfato de Plomo, cristalizan y quedan inertes. Formations of lead sulphate crystallise and become inert. El tratamiento con Pulsos introduce en la batera 10.000 pulsaciones al segundo, capaces de disociar las formaciones cristalinas de Sulfato de Plomo. Our pulse treatment emits 10,000 pulsations per second into the battery, which separates crystalline formations of lead sulphate.
