Publicada Providencia que Regula Notificacin sobre Precios de Bienes

En Gaceta Oficial N 39.805, de fecha 22 de noviembre de 2011, fue publicada la Providencia Administrativa N 007 de la Superintendencia Nacional de Costos y Precios, mediante la cual se establecen las Normas para regular la Notificacin de Precios de Bienes determinados con anterioridad a la entrada en vigencia del Decreto con Rango, Valor y Fuerza de Ley de Costos y Precios Justos, la cual entr en vigencia el pasado 22 de noviembre de 2011. La Providencia entr en vigencia el 22 de noviembre de 2011. De acuerdo con la Providencia, los sujetos que produzcan, importen, transformen, distribuyan y/o comercialicen los productos finales sealados a continuacin, debern notificar a la Superintendencia Nacional de Costos y Precios, a travs de su sistema automatizado, los precios fijados con anterioridad a la entrada en vigencia de la respectiva Ley, so pena de ser sancionados de conformidad con all establecido. A tales efectos la Providencia define los principales conceptos que formarn parte de dicha notificacin. Dicha notificacin deber efectuarse entre el 23 de noviembre de 2011 y el 07 de diciembre de 2011, ambas fechas inclusive. Compotas; Agua mineral; Jugos de frutas pasteurizados; Paales desechables para bebs; Champ para el cabello; Enjuagues para el cabello; Desodorante; Jabn de bao; Mquinas de afeitar; Papel higinico; Toallas sanitarias; Crema dental, dentfricos y enjuagues bucales; Cloro; Ceras para pisos; Detergente; Jabn en panela para lavar; Lavaplatos, lquido, gel o crema; Limpiadores (desinfectantes); Suavizantes y enjuagues para la ropa.

Publication of Order Ruling the Goods Price Notification

Administrative Order No.007 of the Office of the National Costs and Prices Superintendent was published in Official Gazette No.39.805 of November 22, 2011. Such Order provides standards for ruling the Goods Price Notification determined before the entry into force of the Decree with Rank, Value and Force of Law of Fair Cost and Prices, which came into effect last November 22, 2011. The Order came into force on November 22, 2011. In accordance with such Order, individuals and entities engaged in the manufacturing, import, transformation, distribution and/or marketing of the finished goods listed below, shall notify the National Office of Costs and Prices Superintendent, through its automated system, on the goods prices set prior to the entry into force of the Law; otherwise, they shall be punished in accordance with the provisions established thereunder. For such purposes, the Order defines the main concepts that shall be included in such notification. Such notification shall take place between November 23, 2011 and December 7, 2011, both dates inclusive. Jarred baby food; Mineral water; Pausterized fruit juices; Disposable baby diapers; Hair shampoo; Hair conditioner; Antiperspirants and deodorants; Bath soaps; Shavers; Toilet paper; Sanitary pads; Toothpaste and mouthwash; Bleach; Floor finishes; Detergents; Laundry soaps; Dishwasher (liquid, gel or cream); Cleaners (disinfectants); Softeners and rinses.

Los precios de venta de dichos productos que han sido fijados con anterioridad a la entrada en vigencia de la Ley, no podrn ser modificados hasta tanto la Superintendencia determine el Precio Mximo de Venta. Los pequeos establecimientos que no puedan cumplir con dicho proceso a travs del portal web, debern informar a la Superintendencia a travs del centro de recepcin de llamadas y/o correo electrnico.

The sales prices of such goods that had been set prior to the entry into force of the Law may not be modified until the Office of the Superintendent determines their Maximum Sales Price. Small establishments that fail to conduct this process through the website shall inform the Office of the Superintendent through its phone center and/or e-mail.
