En la Gaceta Oficial N40.

106 de fecha 06 de febrero de 2013, fue publicada la Providencia NSNAT/2013/0009 de fecha 06 de febrero de 2013, emanada del Servicio Nacional Integrado de Administracin Aduanera y Tributaria (SENIAT), mediante la cual se aumenta la Unidad Tributara de Bs. 90 a Bs. 107. En lo casos de tributos que se liquiden por perodos anuales, la Unidad Tributaria aplicable ser la que est vigente durante por lo menos 183 das continuos del perodo respectivo, y para los tributos que se liquiden por perodos distintos al anual, la Unidad Tributaria aplicable ser la que est vigente para el inicio del perodo, de conformidad con lo establecido en el Pargrafo Tercero del artculo 3 del Cdigo Orgnico Tributario.

Administrative Order NSNAT/2013/0009 , issued by the National Integrated Service of Tax and Customs Administration (SENIAT) was published in Official Gazette N40.106 of February 6, 2013 providing for the increase of the Tax Unit from Bs.90 to Bs. 107. For taxes paid annually, the applicable tax unit shall be that in force for at least one hundred eighty-three (183) continuous days of the respective period; for taxes paid other than annually, the applicable tax rate shall be that effective from the beginning of the period., pursuant to the third paragraph of article 3 of the Master Tax Code.
