Thank you for your recent enquiry regarding

membership of the International Scout Fellowship - ISF World Council

Gracias por su inters en ingresar a la Hermandad Scout Internacional - ISF Consejo Mundial.

To become a member please follow our application process detailed below. This will give us
an understanding of who you are, where you are
from and how you operate within Your ISF
Chapter. We both need time to become familiar
with each others methods and procedures prior
to membership commencing.

a dnde pertenecen, y cmo trabajan en su
Captulo de la ISF. Ambas partes, nosotros y

The ISF will only accept applications from associations whose activities comply with the
ISF-Constitution (see attachment). Before commencing the application process please ensure
that Your ISF Chapter bylaws, activities and all
related procedures comply with our guidelines
and bylaws, as this is compulsory for an application.

La ISF slo aceptar solicitudes de las asociaciones cuyas actividades cumplan con la Constitucin de la ISF- (vase el anexo). Antes de
comenzar el proceso de afiliacin, por favor

From the date of receipt of your application

form and related documentation you will have
the status of prospective member. This means
you can participate in ISF activities and are free
to invite ISF member groups to your own activities. During your prospective membership including the general assembly at which your
application is voted on - you cannot take part at
the annual general assembly. You will be informed by the steering committee as soon as
your application has been approved and full
voting membership commences.
The annual assembly is at the end of January
each year. The application form must be sent in
before October 1st of the previous year, to ensure your application could be presented to the
member associations at the next assembly. Your
application will be voted on at the second general assembly following the receipt of your application. A confirmation letter from the
steering committee will inform you of the general assembly at which your application will be
considered and voted on.
Within in this document you will find a list of
questions, which relate to your initial application.
Also attached is a list of materials and information required for your admission to the ISF
(your bylaws, etc.).
Example:
Year of your application prior to October 1st
- Receipt of application and all other required
information
Year of your application between October 1st
and December 31st You will receive a confirmation letter from the steering committee
that your application and the required information has arrived and complies with the ISF
guidelines and rules.
Year A of your application+1 Your ISF
Chapter will be introduced through the steering
committee at the annual general assembly.
Your ISF Chapter will have the status of
prospective member and this is the time for mutual invitations and meetings to get to know
each other.

will be voted on by the general assembly. Your
application will be accepted or rejected.

A partir de la fecha de recepcin de su formulario de afiliacin y toda la documentacin relacionada tendr la condicin de miembro
prospecto. Esto significa que usted puede participar en las actividades de ISF y pueden invitar a los grupos miembros de la ISF a sus
propias actividades. Mientras dure su condicin
de miembro prospecto - incluyendo la Asamblea General en que se vot la solicitud de usted no puede tomar parte en la Asamblea
Anual Ordinaria. El Comit Directivo le informar tan pronto como su solicitud haya sido
aprobada y adquiera la membresa plena con
derecho a voto.
La Asamblea Anual se realiza a fines de enero
de cada ao. El formulario de solicitud debe ser
enviada antes de 01 de octubre del ao anterior,
para asegurar que su solicitud pueda ser presentada ante las asociaciones en la prxima asamblea. Su solicitud ser sometida a votacin en
la asamblea general siguiente a la recepcin de
la misma solicitud. El Comit Directivo le enviar una carta de confirmacin le informar la
asamblea general en la que su solicitud ser
considerada y votada.
En este documento se incluye una lista de preguntas referidas a su solicitud inicial.
Tambin se adjunta una lista de documentos e
informacin necesarios para su admisin a la
ISF (estatutos, etc.)
Ejemplo:
Ao de su solicitud antes del 1 de octubre recepcin de solicitud y toda la informacin requerida
Ao de su solicitud entre el 1 de octubre y 31
de diciembre - Usted recibir una carta del
Comit Directivo confirmando la recepcin de
su solicitud y la informacin requerida y que
cumple con los lineamientos y reglas de la ISF.
Ao A de su solicitud + 1 El Comit Directivo presentar a su Captulo de la ISF en la
Asamblea Anual Ordinaria. Su Captulo
adquiere la condicin de miembro prospecto y
puede comenzar a extender invitaciones para
reuniones y encuentros de intercambio.
Ao de la solicitud + 2 - Su solicitud ser
votada por la Asamblea General. Su solicitud
ser aceptada o rechazada.
