INTRODUCCIN

Es un aparato de elevacin de funcionamiento discontinuo, destinado a elevar

y distribuir las cargas mediante un gancho suspendido de un cable, desplazndose por
un carro a lo largo de una pluma. La gra se compone de tres partes cabeza con
brazos, torre desmontable y base. La primera, cabeza con brazos, esta dimensionada
de acuerdo a la influencia delas caractersticas de cargas y alcances. La segunda, torre
desmontable, esta dimensionada principalmente por la influencia de la caracterstica de
altura. La tercera est afectada por la influencia de las dos anteriores y tiene como
misin principal la estabilidad tanto durante la carga como cuando no est funcionando;
Con el fin de realizar un diseo correcto se han utilizado distintas herramientas CAD
para dimensionar la gra y sus elementos. El anlisis estructural se realiz mediante el
software SAP2000 V10, mientras que para los planos de fabricacin y montaje se
emple AutoCAD 2002.

ABSTRAC

It is a lifting apparatus discontinuous operation, adapted to raise and distribute loads by

a hook suspended from a cable, moving along a trolley along a pen. The crane is

dimensioned according to the load characteristics delas influence and scope. The
second, removable tower is dimensioned mainly by the influence of the characteristic

when charging and when it is not working; In order to perform a correct design have
different CAD tools used to size the crane and its elements. Structural analysis was

performed using the software SAP2000 V10, while for manufacturing and assembly
drawings AutoCAD 2002 was used.
