Nace J. Feliu de la Penya, compaa familiar centrada en
la fabricacin y distribucin de productos de iluminacin
decorativa para interiores.
Creacin de la marca Metalarte, enfocada en el diseo
fabricacin y comercializacin de productos de iluminacin
decorativa.
Nace la marca Troll, inspirada en el sistema del carril
electricado de los populares Trolleybuses que circulaban por
las principales ciudades del mundo. El xito de este genial
invento (patente de 1961) supuso un fuerte incremento de
ventas para la compaa, relanzndola hacia los primeros
puestos del mercado de la iluminacin.
Etapa marcada por un gran crecimiento empresarial que lleva
a la compaa al liderazgo en Espaa. Creacin de nuestro
principal centro de diseo y desarrollo de efectivas polticas
de distribucin.
Compra y fusin de las empresa Nipsa y Fludesa,
especializadas en iluminacin uorescente.
Fructfera expansin internacional con la apertura de nuestras
delegaciones de Francia, Alemania, Mxico e Italia.
Adquisicin de las empresas Metalarte, especializada en
iluminacin decorativa, y Tronics, (Led&Co), fabricante de
equipos y sistemas electrnicos para iluminacin.
Apertura de nuestra delegacin de Portugal.
Compra de la empresa Promelec S.L. (Sagelux) especializada
en luminarias de emergencia. Apertura de lial en China, que
produce y comercializa para el mercado domstico.
Creacin de la nueva Sociedad Comercial en Holanda.
Adquisicin de la empresa Agalight S.A. (Polonia) fabricante
de luminarias de alta proteccin y cuya actividad se centra en
sector Health&Care.
Creacin de Luxiona como una slido grupo de iluminacin
orientado al servicio a travs de un completo y ecaz

J. Feliu de la Penya is created, a family company whose
main activity is the manufacture and distribution of interior
decorative lighting products.
Creation of the brand, Metalarte, focused on the design,
manufacture and commercialization of decorative lighting
products.
The brand, Troll, is created, inspired by the electried track
system used by t*he popular trolleybuses that circulated
in the worlds major cities. The success of this ingenious
invention (1961 patent) meant a major increase in sales for the
company, sending it one again towards the top of the lighting
market.
A stage marked by major growth in business taking the
company to a leading position in Spain. Creation of our main
design centre and development of effective distribution
policies.
Purchase and merger of the companies, Nipsa and Fludesa,
specialized in uorescent lighting.
Successful international expansion with the opening of our
