TRADUCCIÓN

• Artículo 8. El criminólogo rechazará prestar sus servicios cuando haya

certeza de que estos puedan ser mal utilizados o en contra de los intereses
legítimos de las personas, grupos, instituciones o comunidades.
• Article nº 8. The criminologist will refuse to offer his/her services when
there´s certanity that they could be used in the wrong way or against the
legitimate interests of people, groups, institutions or comunities.
TRADUCCIÓN

• Artículo 9. Todo tipo de material estrictamente criminológico, tanto de

evaluación como de intervención o tratamiento, queda reservado al uso del
criminólogo, quien se abstendrá de facilitarlos a otras personas no
competentes, gestionando en su caso la garantía de la debida custodia de los
documentos de carácter criminológico.
• Article nº 9. Every source of material that is stricly criminologic, as much for
evaluation as for interventions or for treatment, it´s reserved for the usage of
the criminologist, who will avoid to ease them to other persons without
competence, managing in every case the warranty of the needed safekeeping
of the documents with criminologic character.
