- I can swim – puedo (sé) nadar.

- I can’t speak french – no puedo (sé) hablar francés.

- Can you dance tango? – ¿puedes (sabes) bailar tango

- Can she repair the car? - ¿puede (sabe) ella reparar el carro?

- Can you buy me a drink? - ¿puedes comprarme una bebida?

- Maybe he can’t be here on time – de pronto el no puede estar aquí a tiempo

• Could you do me a favor? / ¿podrías hacerme un favor?

• Could you please tell me the time? - ¿podrias, por favor, decirme la hora?

• Could you help me with the homework? - ¿podrias ayudarme con la tarea?

• Could you lend me some money, please? - ¿podrias prestarme algo de dinero, por favor?

• This afternoon could rain – esta tarde podría llover

• She could have an accident if she continue driving so fast - ella podría tener un accidente si continua
manejando tan rapido

• They could win the game if they play well – ellos podrían ganar el partido si juegan bien

• You couldn’t pass the test, it is too difficult – tu no podrias pasar la prueba, es muy difícil
