Luria mediante la esquematización de términos.

Determinar un caso clínico que guarde relación con el Primer Bloque Funcional de Luria
a través de la investigación.

Reconocer la relación entre las características conductuales del caso y su organicidad de


acuerdo al Primer Bloque Funcional de Luria.

CONCLUSIONES
De acuerdo a todos los datos recopilados en el caso clínico logramos
relacionarlo con los fundamentos del primer bloque de Luria en el cual
están implicados el SARA y los estados de vigilia-sueño y con ello
comprender el ámbito biológico en el que se desempeña el caso de un
varón de 34 años que padecía de episodios repetitivos de migraña, y
presentaba insomnio producido por los horarios rotatorios que hacía
en su trabajo, ya que esto le causaba sueño y una excesiva
somnolencia durante sus turnos nocturnos de trabajo. Concluimos
que después de toda la sintomatología mencionada podemos decir
que se trata del Trastorno del sueño por alteración del ritmo
circadiano, por que sufre de patrones con retraso de los tiempos de
inicio del sueño y de despertar, además sufre de interrupción del
sueño que produce somnolencia excesiva o insomnio, o ambos.
