Situación Actual
La Superintendencia Nacional de Administración Tributaria y
Aduanas, cuenta con un proceso interno que se encarga de
gestionar las devoluciones de impuestos indebidos y/o en
exceso de los contribuyentes. Las solicitudes al llegar al área
de devoluciones, el Supervisor de la Sección de Auditoria
-Sunat los asigna a un auditor quien lo resuelve para su
publicación final, pero requiere de reportes mensuales acerca
de la productividad de sus trabajadores. Ya que el sistema no
brinda esa facilidad de mostrar reportes interactivos, todo
esto se realiza de manera manual, se descarga la data en
formato Excel, y se eligen los campos que se requiera para
finalmente ser enviadas por correo. 
2.-Propósito/Necesidad de negocio
• Generar un enlace natural entre el Supervisor de la Sección de Auditoria -
Sunat e involucrados con los reportes, presentándolos en una interfaz amigable
e intuitiva. 
• Reportar los documentos de devolución de impuestos no resueltos a partir de
su fecha de vencimiento para dar prioridad a su proceso de auditoria, sugerida
por el jefe del departamento a los auditores encargados. 
• Realizar análisis de la productividad de los auditores a partir del seguimiento de
los documentos de devolución de impuestos en los que han trabajado
respectivamente. 
• Visualizar los reportes de productividad desde cualquier navegador actual
independientemente del sistema operativo.
