VIH POSITIVOS CON TUBERCULOSIS
(A) Caso 1: IRM que muestra una masa epidural con compresión del
cordón (flecha) del mieloma y con extensión
en el proceso transversal torácico y los músculos paraespinales
torácicos.
(B) Caso 1: la imagen sagital ponderada en T2 revela una mayor
intensidad en el cuerpo vertebral en Th10 y L2 (flechas) con extensión y
compresión epidural en el cono.
