Los acontecimientos deportivos son uno de los más valiosos intangibles de
los países. Es algo que sabemos desde hace mucho tiempo, pero quizás este
año marcado por la crisis sanitaria que vivimos, esa transcendencia se ha
hecho más evidente que nunca. El deporte es motor para las economías,
es marca cultural e identitaria de los pueblos y es, sin duda, un ritual social
para los ciudadanos.

Toda esta influencia pone de manifiesto la especial relevancia que
Superiore de Deportes tiene la celebración en España de competiciones deportivas como
la CERATIZIT Challenge by La Vuelta, una de las carreras ciclistas
profesionales más importantes del World Tour Femenino y que con esta sexta edición se consolida
de forma definitiva en el panorama internacional. Su clara apuesta por la visibilización de las mujeres
ciclistas de alto nivel, su constante esfuerzo por mejorar la calidad de la competición, así como
su continua dedicación por mejorar la organización, han resultado claves para que el camino
emprendido en 2015 se haya recorrido de manera tan notable.

Las dificultades para llegar hasta aquí no han sido pocas, especialmente en este último año lleno
de incertidumbres, pero la empresa Unipublic, aval indiscutible para el ciclismo español, la Real
Federación Española de Ciclismo, y los patrocinios, especialmente comprometido el de CERATIZIT
Group, han demostrado una gran capacidad de adaptación y de resiliencia que van a permitir
disputar esta competición con todas las garantías de seguridad que estos tiempos requieren. España
es referente mundial por haber puesto en marcha un modelo deportivo basado en un Deporte
Seguro, y el trabajo realizado para que esta carrera se lleve a cabo es un ejemplo de ello.

Van a ser tres días de competición que situarán el ciclismo femenino en primera línea, que servirán
para que toda una comunidad se sienta participe de un evento en continuo crecimiento, y que
contribuirán a la recuperación de nuestra normalidad como sociedad al mismo tiempo que reforzarán
nuestra moral como país. El deporte tiene la capacidad para que todo esto ocurra. Aprovechémoslo.

AUTORIDADES FEDERATIVAS y sus reglamentos del deporte ciclista. El presente reglamento

4. La totalidad de los integrantes de los Equipos, y específicamente

estar alojados en los hoteles designados por la Organización
desde y para la cena del jueves 05 de noviembre.
5. LA CERATIZIT CHALLENGE BY LA VUELTA también cuenta
para la clasificación del UCI Women’s WorldTour sumando puntos
según el artículo 2.10.033 de las normas UCI.
6. La carrera atribuye los siguientes puntos a las primeras 40 corredoras:
400,320,260,220,180,140,120,100,80,68,56,48,40,32,28,24 de
las 15 a la 20, 16 de la 21ª al las 30ª y 8 puntos de las 31ª a la 40ª.
7. Para la mejor Joven del World Tour femenino, La CERATIZIT
CHALLENGE BY LA VUELTA atribuye 6-4 y 2 puntos a las 3
primeras corredoras.
8. Abandonos.
Toda corredora que abandone la carrera durante el desarrollo de una
etapa deberá entregar su número de identificación y transponder
a un Comisario o al conductor del coche escoba. Dicho número
de identificación y transponder será entregado al Juez de Llegada
al término de la etapa. la corredora que abandone la carrera, por
la causa que sea, no podrá disputar otras competiciones ciclistas
mientras se desarrolle la misma. En aplicación del artículo 2.6.026
del reglamento del Deporte Ciclista UCI, una corredora, de acuerdo
con su director deportivo, puede solicitar una exención, que debe
ser concedida por la UCI después de consultar con la Dirección de
Carrera y presidente del Colegio de Comisarios.
9. No inscripción y exclusiones.
a. Según el artículo 2.2.010 bis del Reglamento del Deporte
Ciclista UCI, sin perjuicio de las sanciones y multas disciplinarias
previstas, la Dirección de la Carrera puede rechazar la participación
en La Ceratizit Challenge by La Vuelta – o excluir de la misma – a
un equipo o equipos o a sus integrantes cuya presencia pueda
atentar a la imagen o reputación del ciclismo, del organizador o de
la carrera, especialmente por hechos referidos a la violación de los
reglamentos antidoping. La exclusión durante el transcurso de la
carrera se decide por decisión conjunta del Presidente del Colegio
de Comisarios y la organización.
b. Lo mismo sucederá para los equipos o cualquiera de sus
miembros que infrinjan los principios generales de la carrera, tanto
en lo que se refiere a las normas generales del presente reglamento
como a las normas de régimen interior, a saber, entre otras:
- Infracciones a la ley española
- Presentación indecente o comportamiento incorrecto
- Actos de vandalismo cometidos en o fuera de carrera
- Actos contra el fair play y la buena fe de las partes
c. El rechazo o la exclusión es declarado por el director de la
carrera o por la UCI. Si el (los) miembro(s) o equipo(s) en cuestión
no está(n) de acuerdo en abandonar la carrera, el director de la
misma o la UCI someterán la cuestión al Tribunal de Arbitraje del
Deporte (TAS), pudiendo hacerlo ante un árbitro único y por un
procedimiento urgente.
d. El hecho de participar en la Ceratizit Challenge by La Vuelta
significa, para cada uno de los miembros de los equipos y más en
general para cualquier acreditado, el conocimiento y la aceptación
del presente reglamento deportivo, así como la aceptación de las
consecuencias que se deriven de su violación.
10. Imagen.
Cada equipo participante, y en consecuencia las corredoras que
lo integran, reconocen que su participación en la carrera autoriza al
organizador como titular de todos los derechos de comunicación
pública de la carrera a reproducir y representar, sin ninguna
contraprestación económica, sus nombres, voz, imagen, biografías,
historial deportivo así como las marcas de sus equipos y sponsors, bajo
cualquier forma, formato o soporte, actual o futuro, para cualquier
difusión al público en el mundo entero, incluidos usos publicitarios
o comerciales sin más limitaciones que las aquí contempladas y
durante todo el tiempo acordado actualmente a estos usos por las
disposiciones legislativas y reglamentarias, al objeto de permitir la
difusión y promoción de la Ceratizit Challenge by La Vuelta.
En las cesiones a terceros por el organizador con objeto publicitario
o promocional de los derechos expresados en el párrafo anterior,
no se autorizará al tercero a utilizar el nombre, la voz, imagen,
biografía, historial deportivo, marca de sus equipos o sponsors
para una asociación directa o indirecta entre esta corredora, marca
del sponsor o equipo y el producto o servicio, marca o nombre
comercial de dichos terceros sin la autorización expresa del
corredora, equipo o sponsor en cuestión.
Con excepción de libros, B.D. bajo cualquier forma de edición,
videocasetes, CD-Rom, DVD, videogramas o videodiscos, bajo
cualquier soporte o formato, referidos a La Ceratizit Challenge
by La Vuelta total o parcialmente, el organizador no explotará ni
autorizará la explotación de la imagen individual de una corredora.
Artículo 4 - OFICINA PERMANENTE
1. Todas las personas integrantes del equipo inscrito en la
prueba han de estar en posesión de una licencia expedida
por una Federación Nacional perteneciente a la Unión
Ciclista Internacional, extendidas según el Reglamento UCI.
y específicamente según los artículos 1.1.006, 1.1.010, 1.1.022
1.1.023. y declaran conocer sus reglamentos.
La organización no se hace responsable de los accidentes
de que pudieran ser causa o víctima las corredoras, personal
técnico de los equipos y seguidores en general de la carrera.
Corredoras y personal técnico han de estar, según el artículo
1.1.006 del reglamento UCI, adecuadamente cubiertos por
su seguro personal para el riesgo de accidentes y para su
responsabilidad civil.
2. Para retirar los dorsales y placas de cuadro, el Director
Deportivo debe presentar al Colegio de Comisarios las
licencias originales de las corredoras y del staff técnico, así
como una prueba PCR con un resultado negativo de fecha
inferior a 5 días a contar desde el día de la retirada.
3. Dirección de carrera y personal oficial
La entidad organizadora de la carrera es la responsable de la
Dirección General de la misma y de su correcto desarrollo. Está
representada en la prueba por:
• El Director General.
• Los Directores Técnicos.
• Los Reguladores de circulación en carrera.
El responsable de asegurar el respeto al reglamento y el control
deportivo de la prueba, en colaboración con la Dirección General
de la misma, es el Colegio de Comisarios, integrado por:
• El Presidente del Colegio de Comisarios, los Miembros del
Colegio, todos ellos Comisarios Internacionales UCI. El Colegio
de Comisarios contará con el apoyo de:
○ El Comisario-Juez de Llegada.
○ Los Comisarios en moto.
○ El Comisario-Cronometrador.
4. Dorsales, placas de cuadro.
a. Para su identificación, la Organización facilitará a las corredoras 2
dorsales, 1 placa de cuadro para las bicicletas. En caso de pérdida
de alguno de estos elementos, se podrá pedir la reposición en el
control de firmas del día siguiente.
b. Las corredoras deben procurar que su número de identificación
(dorsales y placas) esté siempre bien visible y legible. El número de

 identificación debe estar bien colocado, y no puede estar plegado,
recortado o transformado, respetando la publicidad que pueda
figurar en el mismo.
c. La placa de cuadro deberá colocarse en la parte delantera del
cuadro de la bicicleta (caso de imposibilidad, en otro lugar) de
manera visible.
Artículo 5 – ORDEN DE SALIDA EN LAS CONTRARRELOJ
1. En la etapa 2ª el orden de salida será el inverso a la Clasificación
General Individual por Tiempos habida al término de la etapa
anterior. El Colegio de Comisarios confeccionará dicho orden,
pudiendo modificarlo cuando haya corredores de un mismo
equipo que se sucedan. Las corredoras saldrán cada minuto.
2. Los tiempos son tomados a las centésimas de segundo.
Artículo 6 - RADIO VUELTA Y VEHÍCULOS SEGUIDORES
1. Radio Vuelta emite en la frecuencia 163.475mhz.
2. Todos los vehículos seguidores deberán ir provistos de receptor de
radio Vuelta, de la correspondiente placa distintiva y sus ocupantes
deberán llevar la credencial que les facilite la Organización, sin cuyos
requisitos, ni unos ni otros podrán seguir la carrera.
3. Ningún vehículo podrá adelantar a los vehículos de Dirección
de Carrera o del Colegio de Comisarios sin autorización, y en
ningún caso cuando enarbolen bandera roja.
4. Está prohibido asomarse por las ventanillas de los vehículos,
debiendo los pasajeros mantenerse en el interior de los mismos.
5. Queda totalmente prohibida la distribución de cualquier clase
de propaganda desde los vehículos seguidores, así como tirar
cualquier objeto que sea a lo largo del recorrido.
6. El incumplimiento de las obligaciones descritas en este
reglamento por los vehículos de equipo y vehículos seguidores,
exonerará de responsabilidad a la Organización, recayendo en
quien lo incumpla la única y exclusiva responsabilidad de todo ello.
Artículo 7. ASISTENCIA TÉCNICA NEUTRA y VEHÍCULOS
DE EQUIPO.
1. El servicio de asistencia técnica está cubierto por Shimano-Macario,
quien pone a disposición 2 vehículos completamente equipados.
2. Tal como prevé el reglamento, cada equipo puede llevar para
su servicio en carrera dos vehículos, debidamente acreditados,
con material de repuesto. En estos vehículos, reservado para el
Director Deportivo y sus técnicos podrán viajar un máximo de
cuatro personas. Las plazas están reservadas para el personal
acreditado del Grupo Deportivo debidamente acreditados por
la Organización. Salvo las personas mencionadas, está totalmente
prohibido llevar otros pasajeros en estos vehículos. Los Directores
Deportivos serán responsables del cumplimiento de esta norma.
En la etapa 3, Madrid – Madrid, solo se autorizará 1 vehículo de
apoyo por vehículo.
Cualquier competidora que cruce la línea de meta en un
tiempo superior al 15% en la primera etapa, 35% para la
segunda etapa y al 8% en la tercera etapa respecto tiempo
de la ganadora no figurará en la clasificación.
Artículo 8 – MODALIADES DE AVITUALLAMINETO
Las corredoras podrán efectuar el avituallamiento desde
los vehículos de sus directores deportivos, detrás del coche
del Comisario. Si se ha formado un grupo de escapados de
15 corredoras o menos, está autorizado el avituallamiento
en la cola de este grupo. Además del avituallamiento desde
el vehículo, conforme al artículo 2.3.025, en la etapa 1 la
Organización marcará una zona en función de la distancia
de la etapa que estarán debidamente señalizadas mediante
pancartas. El personal auxiliar efectuará el avituallamiento pie

a tierra, haciendo uso obligatoriamente del equipamiento
vestimentario del equipo, situándose como máximo a 1 metro
del borde de la calzada y efectuándose en un solo lado de la
misma, obligatoriamente del lado derecho, según el sentido de
la circulación establecido en el país.
Conforme al artículo 2.3.026, el avituallamiento de los
corredores fuera de las zonas señaladas por el organizador está
autorizado, pie a tierra, por el personal auxiliar de los equipos
con exclusión de toda otra persona. El personal procederá
al avituallamiento únicamente por bidón; la utilización de las
bolsas de avituallamiento sólo está autorizada en las zonas de
avituallamiento señaladas por el organizador.
Para la tercera etapa, además del avituallamiento desde el
vehículo, la organización establece una zona de avituallamiento,
localizada en la subida de la Gran Via de Madrid. El
avituallamiento se realizará pie a tierra por el personal auxiliar
de los equipos acreditados en la carrera, y efectuándose en un
solo lado de la calzada, obligatoriamente del lado derecho,
según el sentido de la circulación establecido en el país, dicho
avituallamiento será autorizado a partir de la segunda vuelta
hasta la penúltima vuelta.
Artículo 9 - BONIFICACIONES
Al amparo de los artículos, del 2.6.019 al 2.6.021, del
Reglamento UCI, se otorgan bonificaciones en la llegada de
la etapa 1, a razón de 15, 10 y 5 segundos respectivamente
a las tres primeras corredoras clasificadas.
En la Etapa 3, Madrid – Madrid, el 15 de septiembre 2019,
después de la derogación al articulo 2.6.019 del reglamento
UCI acordado por la misma, se otorgan bonificaciones
en cada uno de los esprintes intermedios, a razón de
5, 2 y 1 segundos respectivamente a las tres primeras
corredoras clasificadas. Se disputara esprintes en la 2ª,
4ª, 6ª, 8ª, 10ª, 12ª y 14ª vuelta. Además, en el sprint final
se otorgará bonificación a razón de 15, 10 y 5 segundos
respectivamente a les tres primeras corredoras clasificadas.
Artículo 10 - CLASIFICACIONES
A. Se disputará les siguentes clasificaciones:
1. CLASIFICACION GENERAL INDIVIDUAL POR TIEMPOS.
Se obtendrá mediante la suma de los tiempos invertidos
en las tres etapas por cada corredora, teniendo en cuenta
las bonificaciones y penalizaciones que les correspondan,
siendo mejor clasificado la corredora que menos tiempo
haya totalizado.
Salvo casos excepcionales que resolverá el Colegio
de Comisarios, todas las penalizaciones en tiempo
que corresponden a las corredoras se aplicarán en la
Clasificación General Individual por Tiempos habida
después de cada etapa.
2. CLASIFICACION GENERAL INDIVIDUAL POR PUNTOS.
Una clasificación por puntos se establece sumando los puntos
obtenidos en la llegada de la etapa 1 con respectivamente
10, 5 y 2 puntos a las 3 primeras clasificadas y en cada esprint
intermedio según el artículo 2.6.017 del reglamento de la UCI.
Se disputará esprint en la meta de la primera etapa y en la
tercera etapa en la 2ª, 3ª, 4ª, 5ª, 6ª, 7ª, 8ª, 9ª, 10ª, 11ª, 12ª y14ª
vuelta. A cada esprint intermedio otorgará: 5-4-3-2-1 puntos
a las 5 primeras clasificadas.
Será mejor clasificada la corredora que obtenga mayor puntuación,
teniendo en cuenta las penalizaciones de puntos previstas en el
baremo de penalizaciones de la UCI. Conforme al artículo 2.6.017
del Reglamento UCI, si se produce empate entre dos o más
corredoras, se resolverá aplicando los criterios siguientes:

8. Drop-outs. A rider dropping out of the race during a stage
shall immediately remove his bib number and transponder
and hand them in to a Commissary or to the drive of the
broom wagon. Said bib number and transponder shall be
turned over to the finish-line Judge at the end for the stage. A
rider dropping out of the race, for whatever reason, may not
compete in any other cycling events for the remaining duration
of the race that he abandoned. Pursuant to article 2.6.026 of the
UCI Cycling Regulations, the UCI may, in consultation with the
Event Directors and the President of the Commissaries Panel,
however, jointly grant exceptions at the request of a rider and
with the agreement of his Team Manager.
9. Failure to register and exclusions.
a. Pursuant to article 2.2.010 bis of the UCI Cycling Regulations,
without prejudice to disciplinary sanctions laid down in the
rules, any team or members of a team whose presence will
seriously damage the image of cycling or of the event may
be excluded from taking part in that event, particularly with
regards to the violation of anti-doping rules. Exclusion during
the course of the race is decided by joint decision of the
President of the Commissaries Panel and the Organiser.
b. This shall also apply to the teams and team members that
violate the general principles of the race with regards to applicable
regulations and legislation, including but not limited to:
i. Violations of Spanish law.
ii. Indecent presentation or improper behaviour.
iii. Acts of vandalism committed within the race or outside of it
iv. Actions that go against the fair play and good faith of the parties.
c. Refusal or Exclusion is determined by the Race Director or
by the UCI. If the member(s) or team(s) in question do(es) not
agree to leave the event, the Organiser or the UCI shall refer
the case to the Court of Arbitration for Sport before a single
judge and in accelerated proceedings.
d. Participation in La CERATIZIT Challenge by La Vuelta implies,
for all team members and general participants, knowledge and
acceptance of these regulations and the consequences of any
violation hereof.
10. Image.
Each participating team, and, consequently, all of the members
of said teams, recognise that their participation in the event
authorises the Organiser, as the sole owner of all of the rights
of public communication for the race, to reproduce and
represent, without any financial consideration, their names,
voice, images, biographies, sports records, team brands
and sponsors in any form, format or media, whether existing
or future, for any type of dissemination or broadcast to the
public worldwide, including for advertising and commercial
use without any restriction beyond those set forth herein and
throughout such time as currently allowed under applicable
regulations and legislation, for the purpose of the promotion
and dissemination of La Madrid Challenge by La Vuelta
The assignment by the Organiser of the rights specified in
the preceding paragraph to third parties for advertising or
promotional purposes, shall not authorise the third-party to
use the names, voices, images, biographies, sports records,
team brands and sponsors for any direct or indirect association
or endorsement between the rider, sponsor brand or team and
a particular product or service, brand or commercial name of
said third parties without the express authorisation of the rider,
team or sponsor in question.
With the exception of books, any form of databases, video
cassettes, CD-ROMs, DVDs, video grams or video discs, using
any form of media or format, referring to LA Madrid Challenge
by La Vuelta in whole or in part, the Organiser shall not exploit
or authorise the exploitation of the individual image of any rider.
Article 4 – PERMANENT OFFICE
1. All team members participating in an event must possess a
license issued by the National Federation of the International
Cycling Union, issued pursuant to the UCI Regulations and
specifically, articles 1.1.006, 1.1.010, 1.1.022 and 1.1.023 and
declare that they know these regulations.
The Organiser assumes no liability whatsoever for any accidents that
may arise or be incurred by the riders, technical personnel of the
teams and fans in general of the race. Riders and technical personnel
must be appropriately covered by personal accident and civil liability
insurance pursuant to article 1.1.006 of the UCI regulations.
2. To receive the bib numbers and frame numbers, the Team
Manager shall present the original licenses for the riders and
technical staff to the Commissaries Panel, as well as a PCR test
with negative result from all the members of the teams ( staff and
riders). The test results must be no more then 5 days old.
3. Race management and official personnel
The Organiser is responsible for the General Management and correct
development of the race and is represented during the race by:
• The General Manager
• The Technical Directors
• Race circulation controllers
The Commissaries Panel, in collaboration with the General
Management, is responsible for enforcing the regulations
and the sports control of the event and is comprised of the
President of the Commissaries Panel and the International UCI
Commissaries.
• The president of the Jury panel, members of the jury and
all the commissaries UCI. The Commissaries Panel shall be
supported by:
o The Commissary-Finish Line Judge and assistant.
o The motorcycle Commissaries.
o The Timekeeper-Commissary.
4. Bib numbers, frame numbers.
a. For identification purposes, the Organiser shall provide
the riders with two bib numbers, one frame number for the
bicycle. If any of these elements are lost, the rider can request a
replacement at the sign-in control on the following day.
b. Riders shall ensure that their ID numbers (bibs and bicycle
frame numbers) are clearly legible and visible. The number
shall be appropriately placed and cannot be folded, re-cut or
transformed, respecting the advertising contained thereon.
c. The frame number plate shall be installed on the front of the
bicycle if possible or otherwise in another suitable location where
it will be clearly visible.
Article 5 - STARTING ORDER IN TIME TRIALS
1. In stage 2, the starting order shall be the inverse order of the
General Individual Time Classification in the previous stage.
The Commissaries Panel shall prepare said order, which may be
modified when there are riders from the same team that follow

 one another. The interval between each rider shall be one minute.
2. Times are counted at one hundredths of a second.
Article 6 – RADIO TOUR & CARS
1. “Radio Vuelta” broadcasts on the frequency 163.475 MHz.
2. All vehicles shall be equipped with receivers to pick up Radio
Vuelta and identification plates, and all occupants must carry the
accreditation provided by the Organiser without which they will be
unable to follow the race.
3. No vehicle may overtake the Race Management car or
Commissaries Panel car without authorisation and under no
circumstances when they fly a red flag.
4. All passengers shall remain well within the vehicles and refrain
from hanging out of the windows.
5. The distribution of any type of propaganda from the vehicles
is strictly prohibited, as is the dropping of any objects throughout
the route.
6. The failure to comply with the obligations described in these
regulations by any of the team vehicles or other vehicles shall
exempt the Organiser from any liability, with the person or
persons violating regulatory or legal dispositions being solely and
exclusively liable therefore.
Article 7 – NEUTRAL TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE & TEAM
VEHICLES
1. The technical assistance service is provided by Shimano-
Macario, who shall provide two fully equipped vehicles.
2. As established in the regulations, each team may use two duly
accredited vehicles carrying replacement parts. Each vehicle,
reserved for the Team Manager and technicians, may carry a
maximum of four passengers. The spaces in the vehicles are
reserved to accredited personnel of the Team who have been duly
accredited by the Organiser. With the exception of said personnel,
it is strictly prohibited for these vehicles to carry other passengers.
Team managers shall be responsible for compliance with this rule.
In the Madrid stage, only 1 vehicule per team will be allowed.
Closing control: On the first stage 15%, stage 2 ITT scale
35%, on the third stage scale 8%.
Article 8 - FEEDING ZONE
In accordance with art 2.3.025bis, riders may receive food or drink
bottles from their Team Manager’s car. Riders shall slowly level up
with their Team Manager’s car, behind the Commissary’s car and
never within the peloton or behind it. If a group of 15 riders or less
has broken away from the peloton, food and drink may be supplied
at the rear of that group. In stage 1, the Organiser shall establish
feeding zones in accordance with the distance of the stage. These
feeding zones will be signposted. The food and drink shall be
distributed on foot by the duly accredited staff accompanying
Article 9 - BONUSES
Following UCI regulation 2.6.019 ti 2.6.021, bonuses shall
be awarded at the end of stage 1 xih 15, 10 and 5 seconds
to the 3 first classified riders.
On the third stage, Madrid – Madrid, on the 8th of November
bonuses of 5, 2 and 1 seconds shall be awarded to the first,
second & third rider of each intermediary sprint and 15, 10 & 5
seconds the top three classified riders of the stage.
Intermediary sprints will be located on the passing of the
finish line on laps 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 & 14.
Artículo 10 – CLASSIFICATIONS
A. The following classifications are in play:
1. GENERAL TIME CLASSIFICATION.
This is obtained from the sum of the inverted times
recorded by each rider for each stage, applying the
corresponding bonuses and penalties, with the best
placed rider being the one with the lowest total time.
With the exception of special cases to be resolved by the
Commissaries Panel, all of the riders’ time penalties shall
be applied to the General Individual Time Classification
after each stage.
2. GENERAL INDIVIDUAL POINTS CLASSIFICATION.
This is obtained from the sum of the points earned by
each rider at the final of stage 1 respectivly 10, 5 and 3 for
the three first classified of that stage and in each of the
intermediate sprints under UCI regulation 2.6.017. Sprint
will be held at the finish of stage 1 and 3 and intermediary
sprints on laps 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 & 14 of stage 3. Each print
will award : 5-4-3-2-1 points to the top five.
The top classification shall go to the rider with the best
score after applying any penalties pursuant to the scale of
penalties established in the UCI Regulations. Pursuant to
article 2.6.017 of the said Regulations, in the event of a tie
in the General Points Classification, this will be resolved
by applying the following criteria:
• Number of stages victories.
• Number of wins in intermediate sprints counting for the
General Points Classification.
• General Time Classification.
The General Management, upon consultation with the
Commissaries Panel, reserve the right to move or suppress
certain intermediate sprints counting for the General
Points Classification.
