Cooling tower installation steps/Pasosde instalación

1.Assemble the base shell, install the bottom screws, and apply glue and fiber at all gaps on the front side.

Ensamblar la carcasa de la base, instalar los tornillos inferiores y aplicar pegamento y fibra en todos los huecos
de la parte delantera.

2.Install the Supporting and piping, and the fiiling support rod, please note that it must be horizontal.

Instalación de soportes y tuberías,, y balancear la barra de soporte, tenga en cuenta que debe ser horizontal.
3. Install the fiilings, arrange according to the size of the filler.

Instalación del techo, Se organiza de acuerdo con el tamaño del relleno.

4.Install cooling tower Sprinkled Pipes. Confirm the 4 Sprinkled Pipes towards right in45°& Rotation Head runs in
clockwise directions.

Instale el tubo de pulverización de la torre de enfriamiento. Confirme que los cuatro tubos de pulverización se
inclinan 45 a la derecha y la cabeza giratoria funciona en el sentido de las agujas del reloj.
5.Install cooling tower shell.Use the screws to tight up.

Instale la carcasa de la torre de enfriamiento. Apriete con tornillos.

6.Install the cooling tower ladder and install the motor bracket on the top.

Instale la escalera de la torre de enfriamiento e instale el soporte del motor en la parte superior.
7. Install the cooling tower motor and cooling tower fan.Confirm the connections & running directions of fans on
the top of cooling tower.

Instale el motor de la torre de enfriamiento y el ventilador de la torre de enfriamiento. Confirme la conexión y la

dirección de funcionamiento del ventilador en la parte superior de la torre de enfriamiento.
