Year after year we celebrate our Independence.

Feliz de ser peruano,

Despierta en nuestros corazones,
Pon tu mano en tu pecho y recita el himno,
Historias pasadas que se recuerdan este día,
Año tras año celebramos nuestra independencia.

Día que todos los peruanos recordaremos,

Y sobre todo por la liberación de la soberanía española,
Juventud de ahora recuerda tu pasado.
