PRESENTACIÓN PUNTUAL DE LA
TAREA
Mr George: Good afternoon to all presents, today we need to talk seriuosly about
the situation we have been living during the last term. In our country in comparison
with Brazil, we have had a selling drecease during the last 6 six months so, it’s
important to evaluate the situation with all of you. First of all I would like to listen to
you and your opinions about this.
Miss Rowan: Mister George, I really want to say that we have been working a lot
during the last term, but the economical situation in Chile as you know it’s so
difficult nowadays and society don’t have enough money to get our products.
Mister Marcos: Mister George I agree with Rowan but I also want to add that some
of our providers have had lot of delays sending the products that the clients ask us
and this situation has caused some problems with clients and they don’t feel really
satisfied with the service.
Miss Jennifer: Mister George I agree with Marcos and I think the problem has been
focused basically in the branch office we have in Providencia, I have talked with
the workers there and apart of the problems that we have had with the providers, I
think our workers have not been able to deal with that situation and some of the
clients have left the office really angry.
Miss Rose: Mister George I don’t have anything else to add but I really agree with
my collegues.
Mister George: Well I listened to all of you and your opinions about the situation
and I think the best option now is to close for a period, maybe four months that
branch office, I think we can move the workers to another office and to provide
them any kind of training to deal with stressful situations, because I’m sure they are
good sellers, but as you said Rowan it’s not an easy period for our country. About
providers, I’m going to talk with them to improve time of the sending process.
