momentos especiales. La moda afroantillana va más allá que las polleras que se pueden observar

Los diferentes tipos de vestimentas:

de color. Debajo de la falda llevan una enagua muy sencilla y van descalzos.

La vestimenta afro panameña no tiene un traje típico único ni reglas estrictas de vestimenta,

Dashiki: Camisa hasta el muslo que puede o no tener mangas. Los tejidos utilizados son ligeros
con estampados y diseños muy coloridos que destacan especialmente alrededor del escote en
pico. Lo llevan tanto hombres como mujeres, aunque suelen atarlo a la cintura para definir su
silueta.

Kafkán o Caftán: Últimamente es muy común ver en internet como se confunde con el dashiki,
ambos son unisex y se pueden hacer con los mismos tejidos, pero la principal diferencia radica en
el largo. El kafkan es una túnica larga que llega hasta los tobillos y se usa como vestido formal,
mientras que el dashiki es una camisa que se puede usar de manera formal o informal.

usan para vestir con pantalones largos en ocasiones casuales. La mayoría de las manifestaciones
