Declaro que, como persona firmante de este documento,
puedo participar en las actividades del Marbella Rugby
Club. Tanto en los partidos oficiales, partidos amistosos y entrenamientos y que lo realizaré bajo mi propia
responsabilidad, eximiendo al club y al entrenador de cualquier lesión que pueda producirse durante esta actividad
deportiva, hasta el momento en que haya pagado mis cuotas correspondientes al club y el Marbella Rugby Club
pueda tramitar mi licencia federativa que incluye el seguro deportivo.

Además, confirmo al Marbella Rugby Club que no conozco ninguna razón, médica o de otro tipo, por la que yo,
como jugador, no pueda practicar el deporte del Rugby en el Marbella Rugby Club y me comprometo a informar al
Marbella Rugby Club a la mayor brevedad de cualquier razón médica o de otro tipo que impida la práctica del
deporte del Rugby.

I declare that as the person named above in this document that I am able to participate in activities at the Marbella
Rugby Club such as but not exclusive to the official, friendly matches and training sessions which I will undertake at
my own risk, dissolving the club and coach of responsibility for any injury that may occur during this sporting
activity until such a time that I have paid my corresponding fees to the club and the Marbella Rugby Club is able to
process my federation licence which includes sporting insurance.

In addition, I confirm to the Marbella Rugby Club that I do not know of any reason, medical or otherwise why I as a
player cannot practice the sport of Rugby at the Marbella Rugby Club and I commit that I will inform the Marbella
Rugby Club at the earliest opportunity of any medical or other reason that would prevent the practice the sport of
Rugby.
