original equipment specifications. Each unit undergoes
complete hydraulic testing to ensure proper flow
within the unit.

Replace Power Steering Pressure and

Return Hoses when replacing the power
steering pump. Steering hoses can degrade
internally and cause contamination in the
power steering system, which can damage the
new power steering pump
Where applicable, replace the Power Steering
Reservoir or clean the internal filter
Completely flush the system with an OE
approved Power Steering Fluid prior to
installation (the correct type of fluid is noted
on the reservoir cap or in your owner's
manual). Flushing the system is critical to
prevent system contamination and failure
Consider replacing the Belt (found in the Belt
