Los resultados negativos no descartan la infección por el SARS-CoV-2, especialmente en las personas que hayan estado en contacto con el virus. En
estos casos, se debe de valorar realizar análisis de seguimiento mediante diagnóstico molecular para descartar la infección.

Negative results do not rule out SARS-CoV-2 infection, especially in people who have been in contact with the virus. In these cases, follow-up analysis
using molecular diagnostics should be considered to rule out infection.
