Sistema de tensión de tracción / 600 V (valor nominal)

Los trabajos de servicio e instalación sólo debe realizarlos un técnico autorizado por Volvo para técnica híbrida.
Utilizar siempre el equipo de protección individual correcto para trabajar en el vehículo.

Peligro
Antes de empezar a trabajar en un vehículo, aplicar el freno de estacionamiento, poner la caja de cambios en
punto muerto y bloquear las ruedas. Si no se hace esto, el vehículo se puede mover de forma imprevista, con el
riesgo consiguiente de provocar daños personales graves o la muerte.

Peligro
Los gases de escape contienen monóxido de carbono. Al probar un vehículo con el motor en marcha, hacer la
prueba al aire libre o utilizar una manguera de extracción de escape adecuadamente ventilada. La exposición
prolongada o excesiva puede causar una enfermedad grave o incluso la muerte.

Peligro
Procurar que todos los equipos y personas estén apartados del motor y de todos los componentes móviles
mientras se realizan pruebas. Si no se hace esto hay riesgo de daños en componentes o equipos, daños
personales y peligro de muerte.

Precaución
Para evitar un desgaste innecesario y garantizar que el sistema de 600 voltios funcione correctamente, todos
los conectores, cables y sujeciones deben limpiarse meticulosamente antes del desmontaje.

Precaución
Es muy importante seguir las instrucciones en el orden correcto. De lo contrario, se causarán daños en
componentes vitales de la batería de 600 V.
