SL. The “connector 80113A” identified above are in conformity with the relevant Union harmonisation legislation: Regula-
tion (EU) 2016/425, and according the standard EN362:2004.
The notified body CCQS UK Ltd (nº 1105) performed the EU examination (module B) and issued the EU Type-examination
certificate. The notified body CCQS Certification Services Limited (nº 2834), now owns this document, and it is valid
under this notified body. This product is Category III and is subject to Module D Conformity to type based on quality assuran-
ce of the production process and is under the surveillance of CCQS Certification Services Limited.

Esta declaración de conformidad se emite bajo la exclusiva responsabilidad del fabricante SAFETOP INNOVATIVE PROTEC-
TION SL. El "mosquetón 80113A" identificado anteriormente se ajusta a la legislación pertinente de armonización de la
Unión Europea: Reglamento (UE) 2016/425: de acuerdo al standard EN362:2004.
El organismo notificado CCQS UK Ltd (nº 1105) realizó el examen de la UE (módulo B) y emitió el certificado de examen UE
