AVISO

durante la inspección, mantenimiento, prueba, ajuste y reparación del

locales.

Nota: Permita solo personal autorizado en la máquina. Mantenga al personal no autorizado fuera de la
máquina y a la vista del operador.

1. Baje el cucharón o el accesorio al suelo.

2. Coloque bloques delante de las ruedas y detrás de las ruedas.

3. Instale el bloqueo del marco de dirección.

4. Retire los ejes del eje delantero y los ejes del eje trasero, excepto para las pruebas de pérdida.

Nota: Todas las pruebas y todos los ajustes deben realizarse mientras el aceite de la transmisión está a la
temperatura normal de funcionamiento.

AVISO
No conecte ni desconecte los accesorios de la manguera hacia o desde
los niples de desconexión rápida cuando haya presión en el sistema.
Esto evitará daños a los sellos que están en el accesorio.

Transmission Pressure Taps
(A) Direction clutch (P2). (B) Speed clutch (P1). (C) Torque converter inlet (P3).

The pressure taps are located on the left side of machine beneath the cab.

1. Install the correct hose assembly on pressure taps (A), (B), and (C). Attach the opposite end of the
hose assembly to 1U-5481 Pressure Gauge Group.

2. Start the engine and operate the engine at high idle. With the oil at normal operating temperature, the
pressure readings must be within the values in Table 2.

Inlet for Transmission Lubrication Oil

The inlet for transmission lubrication oil is located above the parking brake beneath the cab.

1. Install the 6V-7946 Plate Assembly with the 1V-4249 Bolts.

2. Attach the correct hose to 6V-7946 Plate Assembly (D). Attach the opposite end of the hose to the 1U-
5481 Pressure Gauge Group.

3. Start the engine and operate the engine at high idle. With the oil at normal operating temperature, the
pressure reading must be within the values in Table 2.

Torque Converter Outlet Pressure

The torque converter outlet is located on the top of the transmission beneath the cab.

1. Attach the correct hose to torque converter outlet pressure tap (F). Attach the opposite end of the hose
to the 1U-5481 Pressure Gauge Group.

2. Start the engine and operate the engine at high idle. With the oil at normal operating temperature, the
pressure reading must be within the values in Table 2.

The transmission oil filter is located on the left side of the machine.

1. Attach the correct hose to pressure tap (G) for the transmission oil pump. Attach the opposite end of
the hose to the 1U-5481 Pressure Gauge Group.

2. Start the engine and operate the engine at high idle. With the oil at normal operating temperature, the
pressure reading must be within the values in Table 2.
