● Preséntate al menos 40 MINUTOS ANTES de la salida del bus al terminal para entregar tu equipaje.
● El boleto es PERSONAL E INTRANSFERIBLE, válido para la fecha y hora de viaje. Deberás verificar tus datos en el boleto.
● Según la compañía de bus, un exceso de peso de tu equipaje puede induir el pago de un SUPLEMENTO.
● Después del pago, BUSPORTAL no tiene NINGUNA RESPONSABILIDAD en las características de los servicios de transporte

● Your ticket is PERSONAL AND NOT TRANSFERABLE. It is valid for the date and time of travel. Passengers should verify their
PERSONAL details on the E-VOUCHER at the reception
● If your luggages EXCEEDS the WEIGHT limit (20 kilos in most cases), you might have to make an EXTRA PAYMENT at the
terminal; depending on the bus company policy
● Each transporter has its OWN REFUND, RESCHEDULING policy
