Todas las personas tienen derecho al deporte y a

la recreación como actividad que benefician la calidad de vida individual y colectiva.

protección e incremento de la recreación como desarrollo de manera que integre a los miembros y así
contribuye al bienestar integral del ser humano, mejorando su calidad de vida. En Venezuela, el Estado, tiene
la obligación de garantizar el uso positivo del tiempo libre a través de la recreación, teniendo como propósito
la autorrealización del individuo y el desarrollo de sus relaciones interpersonales.

En estos tiempos de Covid19, toda persona debe hacer uso de las medidas de bioseguridad y así mantener el
resguardo de los miembros de la familia, deben usar los tapabocas, lavarse las manos frecuentemente y
mantener la distancia prudente, evitando aglomeraciones. Estar consciente y preguntarle a las personas ¿Te
gustaría ayudar a difundir las medidas de bioseguridad? ¿Cómo ayudarías a un vecino enfermo por covid? Así
como también, hacerle saber que no pueden estornudar sin taparse, no entrar en sitios con aglomeración de
personas, entre muchas otras prohibiciones que permitirán que las personas se mantengan libre de contagio.
