YO ADMIRO A YUYA

Así es, admiro a Mariand Castrejon, alias Yuya por ser la emprendedora y ahora empresaria más
inteligente que he visto en Youtube.

Mi nombre es Maria del carmen velazquez peñaloza, estudiante de la licenciatura de

administracion de empresas, de sexto semestre en la universidad latina de america.

La razon por la que admiro a yuyya es que es una gran emprendedora con vision y que desde un
inicio a sabido manejar sus negocios desde inicios en youtube.

Ella empezo a ser videos de maquillaje y tutoriales, después colaboraciones selectivas con
marcas con las que realmente quisiera trabajar, más no con cualquiera que le enviara regalos.

En diferentes ocasiones menciona que primero prueba los productos y si le funciona los
recomenda.

Lo que me da a percibir que cuida a su audiencia y por supuesto su imagen de marca.

Después lanzó su página web estilo blog, en el que comparte artículos con más consejos y
tutoriales para llevar a sus seguidoras a su propia página web y no solamente mantenerlas en
youtube.

Tiempo después emprende su línea de maquillaje alineada que está a sus valores personales.

Y es así como pasa de ser youtuber a una emprendedora con presencia en medios digitales y
además tener su línea de maquillaje.

That's right, I admire Mariand Castrejon, alias Yuya for being the smartest entrepreneur and
now businesswoman I've seen on Youtube.

My name is María del Carmen Velázquez Peñaloza, a sixth-semester student of Business

Administration at the Latin American University.

The reason why I admire yuyya is that she is a great entrepreneur, with a vision and that from
the beginning she has managed her business on YouTube.

She started with makeup videos and tutorials, then selective collaborations with brands she
really wanted to work with, but not just anyone who sent her gifts.

On different occasions, she mentions that she first tries the products and if they work for her,
she recommends them.

What she gives me is that she takes care of her audience and of course her brand image.

She then launched her own blog-style website, in which she shares articles with more tips and
tutorials to drive her followers to her own website and not just keep them on YouTube.

Some time later she starts her makeup line, aligned with her personal values.

And that's how she went from being a youtuber, to an entrepreneur with a presence in digital
media and who also has her makeup line.
