Affirmative
Sujeto + verb to be+ verbo ing+ compl
I am eating the apple
You are sleeping in the bed
Negative:
Sujeto + verb to be negative + verb ing + compl
I am not eating the apple
You aren`t sleeping in the bed
Interrogative:
Verb to be + Sujeto + verb ing + compl ?
Am I eating the apple?
Are you sleeping in the bed?
Am I not eating the apple?
Are you not sleeping in the bed?

Reglas con ing

Cuando termina con ie se quita la e y se sustituye por y

Lie- Lying
Die- Dying

Cuando termina en ic se le agrega una k

Picnic- Picnicking

Cuando en termina en e se sustituye por el ing

Take- Taking

Cuando termina en Consonate- vocal- consonante, se repite 2 veces la ult. letra

St o p - Stopping
Esto solo aplica en este caso y siendo aguda, look que no aplica y queda como
looking
La excepción de esta regla es cuando acaba en “y, w” que no se repite la letra y
queda normal
Play- Playing
Borrow- Borrowing
Otra excepcion es cuando la palabra no es aguda como remember- remembering
