privada. Importa y envasa té vendiendo
sus productos principalmente en Europa.
Estados Unidos y Australia. Una gran
empresa multinacional de bebidas (ucc) ha
hecho recientemente una oferta para
comprar hernan y tés. La dirección debe
decidir si recomendar a los accionistas que
acepten la oferta.
 Decidiremos si recomendamos la oferta de la UC en la reunión de nuestra Junta Directiva
el próximo martes. Tengo la intención de invitar a nuestros dos principales accionistas a
asistir. así como un representante del personal y un gerente senior dentro de la empresa
Aún no lo he decidido, ni tampoco mis colegas en la junta. aceptamos que los beneficios
no han sido impresionantes en los últimos 3 años. también sabemos que tenemos una
gama limitada de proveedores y productos, lo que ha suscitado críticas en la prensa
financiera. Finalmente, es cierto que recientemente tuvimos problemas para atraer
ejecutivos de primer nivel para ocupar puestos gerenciales
