DÍA 3: SISTEMA DE RASTREO DE TORMENTAS ELÉCTRICAS
En LundinGold contamos con un sistema de rastreo
y administración de tormentas eléctricas, que usa
información en tiempo real sobre rayos que recibe
de las redes de detección.
Esto nos permite tener una evaluación rápida y
precisa de la situación de las tormentas eléctricas en
el área de influencia de Lundin Gold, además nos
entrega alertas automatizadas de rayos para
minimizar el riesgo.
Es una aplicación basada en la web que permite
rastrear las tormentas que se aproximan en tiempo
real y tomar decisiones más rápidas y seguras sin
necesidad de mantener un sistema de detección de
rayos o una base de datos propia.
Las opciones de visualización permiten tanto la
representación de rayos de nube a tierra como de
nube a nube, en un mapa, con actualizaciones cada
30 segundos. Incluye la polaridad del rayo, la
magnitud de cada golpe, y una escala de color para
visualizar la trayectoria de la tormenta.
