DISCUSIÓN Y CONCLUSIÓN

❖ Determinación de parámetros de repetibilidad


❖ Las variables mostraron diferencias significativas, para el indicador
bacteriológico de coliformes totales
❖ Se presenta un rechazo de hipótesis
❖ Evaluación de reproducibilidad

Durante el desarrollo del proceso de validación de coliformes totales y E. coli, el método


normalizado filtración por membrana en agar Chromocult fue aplicable para el análisis del
analito.
