OBJETIVO
Establecer un programa de inspecciones al interior de la organización, orientado a verificar el nivel de conocimiento, comportamiento y cumplimiento de las actividades programadas en materia de SST por parte de la Gerencia.
METAS
Realizar todas las inspecciones programadas y ejecutar los planes de acción.
Cubrir como mínimo un 90% de las personas programadas para cada actividad.
ALCANCE

Lo establecido en el presente programa hace referencia al conjunto de actividades realizadas por el gerente de la Mina Coopcaribona en materia de SST durante la ejecución de los diferentes contratos.

OBSERVACIONES
El Gerente es responsable de liderar, coordinar y ejecutar de manera individual o conjunta con, el Coordinador HSEQ y todo el equipo las inspecciones al personal y áreas de trabajo de la mina
