Mi nombre es miguel arcángel romero Velásquez, estudiante de ingeniería ambiental.

La empresa escogida se determina por la afectación extracción y trituración del material restante
de la fuente de agua Río Blanco, ubicada en el municipio de Guayabetal Cundinamarca. Dado que
aporta a la contaminación en nuestro mundo en diferentes aspectos, se han evidenciado
transformaciones en el paisaje natural como cambios en el caudal del río y turbidez del agua, daño
al ecosistema de eutrofización y pérdida de fauna acuática. Debido al mal manejo de los procesos,
donde se evidencia que el agua utilizada en la trituración de materiales pétreos no tiene ningún
tratamiento para ser descargada a su canal original.

Teniendo en cuenta que los derechos ambientales son recursos utilizables, pero en buen uso y
racionamiento, la contaminación del cauce en general es notoria por la falta de acciones para
mitigar los problemas que se presentan.

La carta presentada ocasiono dicha movilización y acercamiento de los entes de la interventoría de

la CAR. Ente regulador ambiental para la verificación de los procesos, evaluando lo acontecido y
proporcionado dichos incumplimientos donde les efectúan una multa ambiental y otorgando un
plazo mínimo para ejecutar actividades o planes a la corrección al impacto generado para así
poder realizar la actividad.

En sugerencia al tema de impacto emitido hay que realizar sedimentadores con un alto flujo
descendente donde se evalúa el caudal y el tiempo de retención de los sólidos para determinar el
numero de celdas y su capacidad en metros cúbicos de agua a sedimentar.
