caliente se omite este proceso.
j. El Jefe de Línea o el supervisor de Línea deberá definir
si los elementos a fabricar serán perforados por CNC –
BDL o por taladrado magnético manual.
k. El Jefe de Línea o el supervisor de Línea asignará al
contratista la etapa de estructurado de perfil, para lo
cual el contratista deberá realizar dicha tarea en base al
instructivo estructurado (FAB/INS-06).
l. El contratista realizará la soldadura del estructurado,
basándose en los instructivos: soldadura por arco
eléctrico manual (FAB/INS-02), soldadura por arco
sumergido (FAB/INS-03) y soldadura por arco con cable
tubular (FAB/INS-04).
m. El contratista realizara el Enderezado de la Estructura
siguiendo el Instructivo Enderezado de Perfiles
(FAB/INS-05).

(FAB/INS-03), welding by arc with tubular wires
(FAB/INS-04).
