TEMA PRESENT CONTINUOUS vrs PRESENT SIMPLE

OBJETIVOS INDICADOR (ES) DE DESEMPEÑO:

 Identificar la diferencia de uso entre el presente  Reconoce la diferencia entre el presente simple
simple y el presente continuo. y el presente continuo usándolo en contexto.
 Aprender vocabulario en contexto (días de la  Reconoce y utiliza vocabulario sobre ropa y días
semana) de la semana.

PRESENT CONTINUOUS VRS PRESENT SIMPLE

El Present Simple se usa para describir acontecimientos diarios, hechos, o para narrar eventos
contemporáneos por ejemplo. Peter goes to the supermarket on Saturdays. (Peter va al supermercado los
sábados). ( Revisar la explicación en la guía 4)
EL Present continuous se usa para acciones temporales y para describir lo que ocurre en el momento del
habla. Peter is driving to his office now. (Peter está conduciendo hacia su oficina ahora) . Este tiempo verbal
siempre va con verbo to be( am- is – are) y con otro verbo terminado en ING. ( Revisar la explicación en la
guía 5)
Example: Present simple Present continuous
What do you wear in the school ? What are you wearing in this moment?
( Qué vistes en el colegio ?) (Qué estás vistiendo en este momento?)

In the school I wear my uniform In this moment I am wearing jeans and a blue sweater
(En el colegio yo visto uniforme) ( En este momento yo estoy vistiendo pantalón y saco azul)

Vocabulario útil para el desarrollo de esta guía.

Expresiones de tiempo: At the moment ( en este momento) Now ( ahora) Everyday ( todos los días)
Adverbios de frecuencia: Sometimes( algunas veces), Always (siempre), Never(nunca),
Usually(usualmente)

Dias de la semana : Monday (lunes) Tuesday (martes) Wednesday (miércoles) Thursday (Jueves)
Friday (Viernes) Saturday (sábado) Sunday (domingo)

On Monday ( los lunes) on Tuesday( los martes) On Saturday morning ( los sábados en
la mañana)
