CONCICIONES ESPECIALES PARA ESTUDIANTES QUE NECESITEN VISADO

INSCRIPCIÓN:

El estudiante deberá enviarnos nuestro formulario de inscripción debidamente

cumplimentado, detallando el tipo de curso que desee realizar y las fechas y las
fechas del mismo.

En caso de necesitar nuestra carta de admisión para solicitar el visado

por estudios, deberá añadir 40 Euros al precio total del curso.

En caso de que el estudiante necesite recibir la documentación a través

de algún servicio de mensajería, correo especial, etc. deberá abonar 75
Euros adicionales.

Una vez recibida la inscripción y el pago de como mínimo el 50% de las tasas,
le enviaremos al estudiante una primera confirmación del programa de
español, así como la documentación para obtener el visado.
Un mes antes del comienzo del curso, el estudiante deberá pagar el resto de
las tasas pendientes. Por último enviaremos la confirmación definitiva, así
como información práctica antes de realizar el viaje.

El estudiante es responsable de gestionar su solicitud de visado. Madrid

Plus únicamente facilitará la documentación para dicha solicitud.

En caso de que el estudiante no obtuviese el visado, Madrid Plus le

reembolsará las tasas pagadas, excepto 80 Euros por gastos
administrativos, comisiones bancarias, etc.

El estudiante deberá informar a la escuela por escrito sobre la

denegación del visado, así como presentar prueba escrita de la
denegación, como por ejemplo, sello oficial en el pasaporte, carta oficial
del correspondiente consulado o embajada, etc.

Nota: Madrid Plus informará a las autoridades españolas correspondientes de

la no realización del curso, o de la conclusión anticipada del mismo.

 ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS FOR STUDENTS APPLYING FOR VISA

INSCRIPTION:

The student has to send us the official application form filled out, with his/her
personal details, as well as the dates, kind of course, etc.

If the student needs our acceptance letter to apply for a visa to study in
Spain, he/she has to add 40 Euros to the total price.

If the student needs to receive the aceptance letter through courier

service, special delivery, etc. should pay additionally 75 Euros.

Once we receive the form and the payment of at least the 50% of the total fees,
we will send the student the pre-confirmation of his/her program, as well as the
documents to get the Visa, if required. The rest of the fees are to be paid one
month before the start of the course, afterwards, we will send the final
confirmation, as well as the pre departure information.

The student is responsible of dealing with his/her application. We only will

provide the student the acceptance letter of the school.

Should the student receive the denial of the Visa, the school will refund
him with the total amount paid for the program, except 80 € for
administration costs, bank commissions, etc.

The student has to inform the school in written about the denial of the
Visa, as well as to present a proof of the denial, such as an official stamp
in the passport, letter from the corresponding consulate, etc.

Note: Madrid Plus will inform the corresponding Spanish authorities just in case
the student does not start the course, or if the student fishes the program in
advance.
