El deporte del que voy a hablar es el Baloncesto:

El baloncesto es un deporte de equipo, jugado entre dos conjuntos de cinco
jugadores cada uno durante cuatro períodos o cuartos de diez o doce minutos
cada uno.
Fue inventado en 1981 en la YMCA de Sprincfield, Massachusetts, Estados
Unidos, por James Naismith y el baloncesto femenino comenzó en 1982 por
Senda Berenson.
Los jugadores son llamados baloncestistas
De acurdo a la FIBA (Federation Internationale de Basketball) las medidas de la
cancha son:
Largo: 28 metros
Ancho: 15 metros
Áreas de banca: 8,95 metros medidos desde el fondo hacia el centro.
Área de mesa de control: 6 metros para cada lado desde mitad de cancha hasta
las bancas.
El balón es parte importante del juego, debe ser de piel rugosa fabricados de
cuero, caucho o materiales sintéticos con colores de mejor visibilidad y resistentes
al agua.
La vestimenta se basa en
-Camiseta: Se coloca el nombre del equipo, nombre del jugador y el número que
tiene el jugador, suelen ser una camiseta sin mangas y larga.
-Short
- Medias o calcetines largos
- Zapatillas: Deben ser tenis adecuado para los saltos y maniobras de los
jugadores
Algunas reglas, son:

1. Se puede lanzar el balón con una o dos manos en cualquier dirección.

2. Se puede palmear el balón con una o ambas manos en cualquier
dirección.
3. No se puede correr con el balón en las manos. El jugador debe
lanzarlo desde el lugar donde lo toma.
 4. No se permite cargar con el hombro, agarrar, empujar, golpear o
zancadillear a un oponente.
