Válvula desviadora de refrigerante

La válvula desviadora de refrigerante controla el flujo de refrigerante al calentador en el tanque de fluido de escape diesel (DEF). Cuando es necesario, la válvula
se abre para permitir que el refrigerante caliente circule a través del tanque de DEF. Este flujo permite que el refrigerante caliente el DEF a una temperatura

Inyector DEF

El inyector de DEF controla el flujo de DEF en la corriente de escape en el Módulo de Emisiones Limpias (CEM). El inyector DEF está controlado por la Unidad
de control de dosificación (DCU).

Válvula de desvío de refrigerante DEF Anulación de solenoide

La anulación se usa para verificar el arnés de la válvula de solenoide y desviador. Esta anulación abrirá la válvula desviadora de refrigerante, permitiendo que el
refrigerante fluya a través de la Unidad de bomba y electrónica (PEU). Esta prueba se puede usar para verificar que la válvula desviadora de refrigerante funciona
correctamente.

Esta anulación solo se habilitará con el motor funcionando en ralentí antes del cebado del sistema DEF a la presión de funcionamiento.

Invalidación del inyector de dosificación DEF

Esta anulación le permite al usuario probar el circuito eléctrico para el inyector DEF. La anulación ordena que se abra el inyector DEF. Esta anulación solo
funciona cuando no hay velocidad del motor.

4. Check the Internal Resistance of the Suspect Component Internal Result: On a DEF injector, the measured resistance is less than 6.0 Ohms or
resistance more than 8.0 Ohms. There is a fault in the injector.
For a suspect DEF injector, complete Steps A to C.
For a suspect coolant diverter valve, complete Steps D to F. Repair: Install a replacement DEF injector.
A. Turn the keyswitch to the OFF position.
Result: On a DEF injector, the measured resistance is between 6.0 Ohms
