HUAWEI TECHNOLOGIES COLOMBIA S.A.S.,
compañía establecida según la ley colombiana,
registrada en la Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá
bajo el número 01374266, con NIT 830.140.321-0,
representada por QIN HUA, identificado cédula de
extranjería No. 728.818 en su calidad de
Representante Legal, tal y como consta en el
certificado de existencia y representación legal
adjunto, que en adelante se denominará el
CONTRATANTE o HUAWEI.

BENJUMEA, mayor de edad, identificado con
cédula No. 79.323.679 quien actúa en calidad de
representantes legales debidamente facultados tal

denominará el CONTRATISTA.

“Contrato” para proveer los servicios descritos
en el Alcance de Trabajo incluido en el SoW y en
el RFQ.

HUAWEI TECHNOLOGIES COLOMBIA SAS, a
