Resumen
Abstract
The objective of this report is to analyze the wave behavior of radiation, using the
Bragg's law assembly. It will be analyzed by the relationship of a single crystal X-ray
beam, with a designated wavelength, with a crystalline substance, lithium fluoride
(LiF) and sodium chloride (NaCl).
The analysis is performed by calculating by means of the software the
measurements for each of the single crystal spectra (ϑα and ϑβ) which correspond
to an order of diffraction n.
The use of monocrystals must be taken into account for this laboratory. The reticular
planes are parallel to the cubic surfaces of the elemental cells of the crystal.
Key Words: X-ray diffraction, Bragg's Law, Single crystal, Crystal.
