for the development of construction projects and presentation of services in civil works;
evidence of recognition through the quality of the buildings delivered, the trust of the

OBJETIVO:
La sociedad por acciones simplificada, tendrá como objeto social principal la elaboración y
ejecución de toda clase de proyectos de construcción y edificación. Así mismo; diseño,
ejecución y comercialización de proyectos inmobiliarios comerciales; además tomar parte
en sociedades que tengan objetivos afines o semejantes. Incorporarse a los negocios de esas
u otras sociedades o funcionarse con ellas.
OBJECTIVE:

execution of all kinds of construction and building projects. Likewise; design, execution
and marketing of commercial real estate projects; also take part in societies that have like-
