II. SUMILLA

La asignatura pertenece al área de estudios generales, es de naturaleza


teórico-práctica, y tiene como propósito desarrollar en el estudiante
competencias comunicativas básicas en el idioma inglés, que permita al
alumno potenciar las cuatro habilidades lingüísticas: comprensión auditiva,
hablar, leer y escribir, y utilizar este idioma como herramienta en un mundo
globalizado para que pueda evaluar y extraer información inherente al
campo legal de diversos medios escritos. Los contenidos son: Describing a
brief case. Reading and comprehensión of brief case. Describing situation
in the past tenses. Sending e-mails.

III. COMPETENCIA

Se comunica de manera asertiva y correcta, en forma oral y escrita, en


idioma inglés.
IV. CAPACIDADES

a) Comprende y emplea correctamente, present progressive, present


simple, past simple ,el modal can, así mismo el tiempo future

b) Emplea adecuadamente frases idiomáticas como Would you like, let´s,


What´s the matter?,etc, en contextos cortos

c) Identifica, organiza y realiza actividades que contengan estructuras


referidas al presente simple en Invenciones famosas usando
vocabulario aprendido y expresiones de tiempo, asociando palabra-
imagen; imagen-palabra en relación a un determinado contexto

d) Discrimina, analiza y compara, el vocabulario usual y los emplea


teniendo en cuenta la naturaleza del contexto desarrolladas en clases
virtuales con la plataforma Rosseta Stones

VI. METODOLOGÍA

Las asignaturas siguen una metodología:

• Sesiones teóricas
• Sesiones virtuales Plataforma Rosseta Stones

Se considerarán los medios y materiales necesarios (impresos,


audiovisuales, trabajos dirigidos, trabajos de campo, otros).

VII. EVALUACIÓN

El sistema de evaluación es permanente y sistemático y de acuerdo a las


normas establecidas en el reglamento de la Universidad.

a) La primera evaluación es de entrada que permite diagnosticar los


saberes previos del estudiante.

b) La evaluación de proceso y de productos es permanente, integral y


presencial según el avance de las sesiones de aprendizaje
programadas semanalmente; permite el logro de las competencias a
través de los rubros: conceptual, procedimental y actitudinal.
Considerando los siguientes aspectos:
- Logro de conocimientos y muestra de desempeño
- Desarrollo y adquisición de destrezas operativas, aplicativas y
capacidades y competencias.
- Adquisición de actitudes.
c) Se considera las modalidades de heteroevaluación, autoevalución e
interevaluación.
d) La evaluación final de la asignatura es el promedio ponderado de la
evaluación continua que constituye el trabajo académico (40%), el
examen parcial (30%) y el examen final (30%).

e) La asistencia es obligatoria. El alumno que no desarrolla en clases,
no presenta una actividad o un trabajo académico solicitado será
calificado con cero (0).
f) Acciones complementarias para el logro de cada una de las metas
son las siguientes:
▪ Perceptivos o de apreciación.
- Fichas de observación, descriptivas, gráficas y de rango.
- Listas de cotejo por criterios.
- Registro de ocurrencias – anecdotarios.
- Escalas valorativas y de estimación.
▪ Orales
- Intervenciones.
- Exposiciones.
g) La exigencia de la asignatura al finalizar el ciclo será la presentación
de Dosier de Terminología legal, el mismo que se aplicará para
interpretar documentación legal.
h) Al finalizar el ciclo el alumno habrá logrado una calificación final de
acuerdo a la escala vigesimal donde:
Aprobado : De 11 a 20
Desaprobado : De 0 a 10
i) El Examen Sustitutorio se rendirá después de haber obtenido el
promedio final desaprobado y reemplazará a la menor nota
desaprobada ya sea del Examen Parcial o Examen Final y/o no
haber rendido uno de los exámenes anteriormente indicados.
